I stay in many hotels. A stretch calling it a hotel. One of the worst stays. The room was dirty, smelt and given the price the experience overall just terrible. Even the general area was average in cleanliness

Filthy hotel, greasy floors obviously never cleaned, extremely noisy from the road even in the middle of the night - impossible to sleep (got up the tired to check the window was closed, might as well have not existed). Air conditioning only added to the ambient noise and didn’t change the room température. Very dodgy area, dodgy looking staff, people hanging around the car park at all hours. We would have slept better on a bench at the airport. Above all, I am cross with Accor - I have stayed in many Ibis Budgets in Europe and know what to expect - very minimal, but at least clean, safe and minimally comfortable/quiet, this was none of those and much worse than the cheap and nasty motels I was trying to avoid.

To be fair, we sent this review to Ibis customer service and got a reply that acknowledged the points we made below. Parking and location close to the airport are the good points. Service at check-in was perfunctory. Room was not quite the worst one we've ever stayed in but it was close. The place feels forgotten and neglected. The room was very small and we did not fancy having a shower as it did not look clean, there was a broken tap on the sink, and the fridge and the blinds were old and tatty. There did appear to be an air conditioning unit but didn't look safe to touch. To be fair, the sheets and towels did look clean - extra pillows would have been good. Whilst we appreciate that this is an IBIS budget hotel, we would expect better from Ibis/Accor brand.

Great location, at Domestic Airport. Great welcome at reception, restaurant explained. Shuttle organised for the morning. Professional and friendly. Room had airport view, clean, well stocked. Checkout also great.

部屋も狭く、バスルームのシャワーパンもなくトイレ側へ水が流れた。

ご意見をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。 周辺の飲食店の少なさや、バスルームの使い勝手についてご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。 当ホテルはバジェットタイプのためお部屋はコンパクトな造りとなっておりますが、お客様の快適さを大切にしており、いただいたご意見は今後の改善に役立ててまいります。 ブリスベン空港に近い立地がご旅行に少しでもお役に立てていれば幸いです。 この度はご宿泊いただき、また貴重なご意見をいただき誠にありがとうございました。
