Dear Pipa, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Brisbane Airport. I am very pleased to receive such positive feedback about our staff's professionalism and kindness to assist with your transport needs. I would like to apologise sincerely for the stress caused, as I can imagine how this must have felt for you, especially when it is a time sensitive matter! We strive to make transportation seamless for every guest, and by having more than one taxi company is our way to ensure that there are options for every situation. The taxi companies used are third party companies, therefore we cannot manage the manner their services or take responsibility for their conduct. However, I have passed on your feedback to our front office department, and have reminded the team of the time constraints most guests are under whilst in transit, to ensure urgency for finding better transportation solutions in future when these instances occur.
