We are deeply disappointed by the recent relocation of the club lounge from the 30th floor to the lobby. The sunset views we used to enjoy have been replaced with unappealing sights of gutters, roofs, and building sides. Furthermore, the food portions have drastically decreased, with servings now the size of a 50 cent piece and limited to just one per person. The lounge's ambiance and dining experience have taken a significant downturn, and I strongly encourage management to reconsider these changes to maintain the high standards we've come to expect from this establishment.

We have been long time patrons of the hotel however: Like many Accor hotels they have embarked on a money saving expedition. There is no evening Buffet. All gone. This is an iconic long standing hotel in central Brisbane. Bad move Sofitel Brisbane.

when we checked in, we were asked if it was a special occasion. i told them we were here to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. when we got back to our room after dinner, we found a bottle of champagne on ice! that was so nice of the staff to go the extra mile to do this for us! (thanks to the receptionist who checked us in who arranged it! ) meals were excellent too! we'll return! Jacel

What a delightful experience we had at the Sofitel Brisbane Central on Mother's day! From the elegant atmosphere and stunning city views to the mouthwatering selection of fresh seafood, fine meats, and scrumptious desserts, it truly was the best hotel dining experience ever! The restaurant staff were super attentive, clearing the tables and always offering assistance they made our day so special!

We took the train from the airport and the hotel is very conviently located. The room was nice and large, however, it need a bit of updates. I found some dust by the window so cleanliness need more attentions. Breakfast was great with full range of food.
