Had a night here for an early flight and it was perfect! We got the brekky included and it was top notch. Our kids ate for free and loved the pancake making machine! Anthony was so helpful and kind. Having brekky included made our morning before a big flight so smooth! Would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant experience, our 1st stay here. From the check-in staff, Dining room for breakfast through to Reception staff after breakfast. A special shout out to Anthony at Breakfast - attentive and helpful. He noticed I had many attempts to get salt out of the salt mill. He came over and asked if I had a problem. He took the salt mill from the next (vacant) table and gave it to me. He then took the problematic salt mill and was hitting it hard to remove the moisture affected clumps of salt - fixed it! Good attentive and intuitive staff like Anthony are hard to find. We will be back next month and hope to see Anthony again.

Location is close to the airport making it easy to access early flights. Close to shops and many restaurants in walkable distance.

I stayed at the Novotel because it was conveniently located near the international Airport, Skygate/DFO, they have a Airport Shuttle and because I was flying early the next morning. They have plenty of car parking available and an onsite restaurant. The room was of good size, clean and quite with no traffic noise. The room was modern and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow. The hotel is directly across the road from DFO where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and Bars to choose from for dining as well as shopping. I had to prebook the Airport shuttle through reception but this was easy and hassle free. The shuttle was quick to travel to the Airport on a early morning. Staff at reception were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room lovely and clean. Hotel is in a great location - close to the airport and DFO. Had a fabulous meal in the restaurant. Every staff member we spoke to couldn't do enough to help us. Fabulous stay. We will be back.
