Had a great stay! Good customer service from the reception staff that were very understanding and patient with a few last minute changes we had. House keepers did an awesome job! Restaurant staff always friendly & welcoming for breakfast. Highly recommend hotel for short or long term stay! Special shout out to Anthony from the restaurant for such amazing customer service, super friendly & vibrant always made time to chat to us and check in how we were with our meals & stay!

From the time we arrived and checked in with the efficient and very personal Lyla, to the outstanding service with Anthony at breakfast. Everything was nice and easy. Your staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Thanks again for looking after us through the Accor network
