Nice hotel located in the airport at the domestic terminal to walking distance (bus between international and domestic) Very nice people at reception, at restaurant and in the corridor (cleaning agents) Restaurant and bar offer wide selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner even sandwiches if no time

I was attending an aviation conference at the conference center. I love looking at planes take off and land. This hotel is a perfect choice. The room is clean, comfortable and has a nice view of the airport. The bed is comfortable. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are not fancy but perfectly adequate for a brief layover, although a desk lamp would have been welcome.

Disappointing

I have stayed with you on the nights of 26th of August and the 2nd of September. Both times I had ordered and paid for breakfast with my room. On the first date our room was on the list for breakfast at the restaurant, but we were charged for breakfast on top which was eventually credited back into my account. The second date we had breakfast paid for with the room and our name was not on the restaurant breakfast list and it was suggested that we would have to pay for it. The desk attendant was good and said that it was fine they noted it in the booking that it included breakfast. I'm just not sure its that hard to get it right, once maybe ok twice there is a problem. In addition, I noted that in the restaurant that you now have jars of jam, vegemite and peanut paste instead of individual sachets. I feel that this is unhygienic and leads to cross contamination of the jars. People do not use clean knives and use their buttered knife to get their jam (I watched them). Someone may be intolerant to dairy and have to use the same Jar. Worse still people may lick their knife before sticking it into a jar or use their vegemite knife in the jam jar. I know you are obviously trying to save money and wastage of packaging but surely not at the expense of personal hygiene.
