There was a persistent stench in the bathroom coming from the bathroom drainage system. Very unpleasant

My room was located in the corner on the ground floor with window open to courtyard ; and throughout the day and evening, other guests used this area as a smoking area. The bed had no mattress cover showing a huge brown stain on it. Bathroom was dirty with stains on walls and doors. I realise it's a "budget" hotel, but at the very least the room should be clean. The positive of my stay have been the FOH staff who were fabulous and helpful. I will not stay here again or recommend.

Rest of the world is trying to be either sugar free or go with organic sugar, but v have white sugar in the rooms, if v can’t provide honey sachets then at least provide raw sugar, a bit better than white sugar, I think I checked out at 6.45am the next day, I have asked for breakfast which was part of the room, they said they open at 7.30am ( I forgot exact time) or 8am, because I had to catch my flight, that is y had to check out a bit early, then I have asked if I can get at least tea/ coffee, they said no for that one too, my suggestion here for u is if somebody opt for breakfast n if they r checking out a bit early u better try to serve tea/coffee at least if u can’t provide breakfast, A day before check in I got text msg from u with allocated room number, I checked in after hours, so I got the envelope in the box, I was searching for the room number u did text, it was not existing at all, then I found another small card in the envelope on which u wrote the correct room number, communication gap needs to v rectified thanks a lot.
