Was told house keeping was every 3 days, but after a 10 day stay they only came once to clear rubbish bins and change towels etc. Also still waiting for a invoice that was meant to be sent after my stay for work, Over all 7/10 Not bad but not amazing good for the price

I have stayed at this hotel previously and have always been satisfied with the experience. This time left a bit to be desired. I had booked and paid for the accommodation and had included breakfast for two days. The first thing I was greeted with was you will need to pay for two days parking (in the uncovered and unsecured carpark) so I paid on the spot. On the first morning I went downstairs to have breakfast I asked what time breakfast was served, only to be told that breakfast was not available. Apparently provision of breakfast had ceased some weeks earlier and I was given a refund. There was nowhere nearby where I could get breakfast (even the McDonald's across the street was closed for renovations). All in all not a good stay and I will probably stay elsewhere on my next visit. I would like to stress that the gentleman who manned the reception desk was not to blame for any of this and was as helpful as he could be.

May be "budget " but very limited facilities. Shower drain was broken. Had to pay for parking!!! Tiny room and ensuite. Won't be staying again.

We were aware this is a budget hotel and luckily our stay was just one night. We rang multiple times saying we were travelling with a toddler and could we get a portacot. Were told they would call back on the availability but no return calls were made. One call I had to explain what a cot was, and they had never seen one in the hotel. We have stayed in Ibis budget hotels before and this has never been an issue. The following morning we all awoke itchy and I had a small rash. We suspect bed bugs. Really disappointed with the stay.

Rooms are very small (as shown on website), but all we needed for a 1 night stay. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need a thorough clean and de-moulding of the shower grout. Room walls had a lot of marks on them which made the rooms appear a bit run down. No power point in bathroom was frustrating but we made do. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Buses outside the door for convenient run into the city. All in all decent value for the money.

Convenient and efficient. Able to book in late and although there were many stairs the room was compact and the bed was comfortable. Although on a main road I heard no traffic noise.

This certainly is a budget hotel. The room was basic and clean.The price was right. Location good. We had a ground floor room to the back of the building which was nice and quiet. Two pillows would be nice. The bathroom small and tired. Needs a make over. The shower area needs doing and the shower screen clings to you because the shower area is so small. The reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

People trying to get into the room, Drug dealing out of rooms, I have told them all about this and nothing has been done, the security is an absolute joke.. I had someone put something in my drink while I slept and almost died... DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL

Dear dean912021, We apologise you were disturbed by your neighbours and were unwell during your stay. We do absolutely take matters of security very seriously and have an onsite manager residing within the hotel to oversee the property overnight. Security footage was reviewed during your stay the morning after and once again when I arrived back at the hotel on Monday (I also have read your door lock to check for breaches of which none were recorded).
