This Hotel is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to the Domestic Terminal at Sydney Airport and a short Uber or Taxi ride from both Terminals. It is also very close to Mascot Train station. We arrived early at around 11.30 am on a day of torrential rain which stopped our plans of getting out and about in Sydney. We were given an early check in and were able to relax in the very comfortable room for a few hours before (as a Platinum Accor member) heading down to drinks and Canapés at 5pm. The bed was super comfortable and we had airport views but the only weird thing is that the bathroom was not very private with little glass cubicles for both the Shower and Toilet with not a lot of privacy so could be an issue if you’re staying with friends rather than a significant other. There is a small Executive lounge on Level 1 but it still hasn’t opened to full service post Covid which is a bit of a disappointment. However the staff in the Möbius Restaurant and Bar were good particularly Alexandra for the evening drinks and Matt during breakfast. This was my second time staying here and we would stay again . S

Room was excellent. The Executive Club experience was very disappointing. Canapes etc were held in a very busy bar (as was breakfast the next morning). Bar staff were not helpful and array of canapes was very limited. No cheese or crackers was offered. Wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly, but the Maitre'D who showed us to our table made no effort at all to make us welcome.

This was one of the quietest, comfiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds and pillows were VERY comfortable, and all accessories (lights, air cond, etc) worked perfectly. Guest services couldn't do enough for me. The manager, Nestor, was particularly helpful. Thank you for a very comfortable, restful stay.

The staff was accommodating and kind to my family. We got a complimentary upgrade to our room, which included one day of breakfast and evening drinks/snacks. The hotel was really close to the train station with lots of restaurants in the area.
