This Hotel is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to the Domestic Terminal at Sydney Airport and a short Uber or Taxi ride from both Terminals. It is also very close to Mascot Train station. We arrived early at around 11.30 am on a day of torrential rain which stopped our plans of getting out and about in Sydney. We were given an early check in and were able to relax in the very comfortable room for a few hours before (as a Platinum Accor member) heading down to drinks and Canapés at 5pm. The bed was super comfortable and we had airport views but the only weird thing is that the bathroom was not very private with little glass cubicles for both the Shower and Toilet with not a lot of privacy so could be an issue if you’re staying with friends rather than a significant other. There is a small Executive lounge on Level 1 but it still hasn’t opened to full service post Covid which is a bit of a disappointment. However the staff in the Möbius Restaurant and Bar were good particularly Alexandra for the evening drinks and Matt during breakfast. This was my second time staying here and we would stay again . S

As a regular visitor to SOP through my interest in athletics I continue to be impressed with the facilities of the hotel and the personnel employed. The Pullman is the leading accommodation hotel within the precinct, and I continued to be amazed that the standards it provides. Online check in really simplifies this process and the reception staff always make me feel welcome and valued by the ACCOR chain. The upgrade was very much appreciated as was the welcome gifts that I spied upon entry to the room. As always the Executive Lounge offers a varied menu and a place to relax after a busy day. The breakfast menu suited my palate. offering a healthy start to the day. Parking was trouble free as was check out. I look forward to my next stay. Congratulations to all staff and the leadership provided by the hotel to ensure the visit by every guest is special.
