Airbnb was a bust so we got this hotel and the staff quoted us over the phone and greeted us nicely once we arrived. 12.14.2025 @ 23:42:39 Our Airbnb flooded so we had to find a room quick. We called, she quoted us a reasonable rate and we were on the way. The front desk staff was nice and gave us chocolate and fruit. Our room was on the 1st floor. -Water was hot but be careful bc there isn’t a ledge bc it’s a walk in shower. -Also there isn’t a shelf inside the shower to put your personal items so I had to put them on the toilet seat right outside the shower. -Bed was comfortable

离shepherd’s bush地铁站近，坐central line就可以到达伦敦市中心。酒店周边有很多超市和餐厅，还有大型购物商场Westfield。酒店工作人员很友善，可以在入住前后免费寄存行李，行李不能存放过夜。房间不大，但两人住也足够了。房间设备齐全，有沐浴露和洗发水，提供浴巾和地巾，以及厕纸。牙具和其他洗护用品以及抽纸需要自备。酒店没有洗衣机和烘干机，不过有合作的洗衣服务公司，可以在前台收取换洗衣物。我们住了一周，总体体验不错👍

It was great and budget-friendly. My only take is that air conditioning was not great and very humid, it only sets to heating and bot cooling the room. So if you come in summer make sure to bring ice packs and ice cream.
