We organised a group to go to the Barnsley match at Wembley with food and drink in a private area. It was extremely busy both inside and outside the hotel but despite being under the cosh, the restaurant manager Maneesh Singh did his very best to keep us fed and watered- well done Maneesh!

Had a wonderful stay at the Novotel From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly, professional, efficient staff. Exceptionally clean room, excellent breakfast Our stay couldn’t have been bettered. Thank you to everyone.

I was in London on business and this is a great hotel - for cleanliness, comfort and location. Checking was smooth and simple. Hotel was clean and modern and the room was comfortable, spacious and had a good desk to work from. The free Wi-Fi was stable. This was most useful since I was in back to back virtual meetings for 2 straight days. PS: Many thanks for allowing me a late checkout - this was most needed in light of my busy schedule that day. My gratitude to the hotel staff... all very helpful and courteous. Keep up the breathtaking customer service and standards!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst on business and the hotel is in a great location for all forms of public transport and getting around London. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is very well equipped and has a large shower. The front desk staff are fantastic and always willing to assist where possible. The food in the hotel, the restaurant has a fantastic menu with most tastes catered for on it. But sadly on the first time using it the food was not cooked correctly and on biting into the burger my plate was covered in blood. I went and settled the bill and the first staff member wasn't interested about the poor quality and was still going to charge me even though the food wasn't edible and it wasn't until the manager turned up that the cost of the food was removed. On speaking with another guest there on business also he said that this happens regularly here and the McDonald's across from the hotel has regular customers due to poor food in the hotel

Pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was! Stayed for a couple of nights and found nothing to complain about. The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious and I slept really well. Despite being situated in busy Wembley it was really quiet and so convenient for shops and the tube. Breakfast was one of the best I've had with so much choice. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the management obviously run a very tight ship as there was so much attention to detail. I have already recommended it to friends and family and look forward to my next stay.
