Shafiq offered us excellent customer service. He was very friendly and helped us out with an early check in. Thank you for your help Shafiq! The hotel itself was great for the price. Great location and easy to get to. Clean and tidy and lovely staff.

Off to a Bad Start

So, I have been at this hotel for exactly 5 hours and already I can see this hotel is not up to par. First, we traveled from Canada on an overnight flight. We were tired and walked in the rain to get here. My family and I reached the hotel at 1:15 pm and wanted to see if our room was ready. I spoke with one staff member that wouldn't check me in saying the room was not ready! I asked if we could get another room that is ready.....NOPE! I explained that we flew in from Canada and are tired. NOPE, he didn't care. We waited until 2:50 pm and I went up again to see if my room was ready! Again No. I said are u kidding me?!? Finally at 3:00 pm right on the dot the room was ready! We went to our room and wanted to sleep for a few hours and as I pulled the sheets down, there was black long hair on the sheets with some black felt. I called down and asked them to change it. They came and changed the sheets. Now it's 9:00 pm and I'm trying to have a shower and the water is freezing. Also, they have no phones in the room and I have to go into the hall to call the front desk. First, when I called down the lady said she was sending someone up. 20 minutes later and nobody came. Called again and the man told me they are fixing the hot water problem and it will be back on in minimum of 2 hours. I knew in the back of my head something was telling me not to book here....but I did and here we are on the first night and I'm not happy! I believe when you book with Expedia, you get the short end of the stick. Drains and faucet are rusty and need to be changed! I should have gone with my gut and stayed at the Hilton. I will not recommend this hotel and I will never be back at the Novotel!!

We booked one night at the hotel as we were attending the Football at Wembley. We had our little dog with us and needed to drop him off before the game. Sam the reception manager was really helpful in getting us checked in and settled with even time for a drink before the game! All the staff were very helpful and made our experience easy and relaxing. Thank you!

I feel compelled to share my parents' recent experience at Novotel Wembley, as it left a lot to be desired. As frequent visitors to various hotels within the Accor branch, we were genuinely taken aback by the subpar experience encountered during our recent stay. Writing this on their behalf, I must express our collective disappointment with the hotel's overall performance, which was marred by several significant issues: 1. Rigid Baggage Policy: Despite having consecutive bookings, the hotel refused to allow my parents to leave their bags during the brief interim period between check-out and check-in. This lack of flexibility in their baggage policy This lack of flexibility is inexcusable and reflects a disregard for guest convenience. Notably, many other hotels, if not all, have allowed baggage storage under similar circumstances. 2. Hastily Handled Exit: On the day of departure, my parents, attempting to book an Uber, were abruptly rushed out of the hotel. It is important to note that my parents were not disruptive and were merely waiting due to multiple Uber cancellations. The staff's discourteous behaviour, particularly given my parents' extended stay of over 10 nights, is disappointing and counterproductive to fostering a positive guest experience. 3. Lack of Drop-off Point: It was disheartening to learn that Novotel Wembley lacks a designated drop-off point. My parents, burdened with luggage upon arrival, struggled without any convenient area for drop-off. Such a basic oversight is perplexing for a purported four-star establishment. Given our familiarity with various Accor properties, Novotel Wembley stands out as the worst experience within the brand. The absence of basic amenities, inflexible policies, and a disregard for loyal patrons have significantly tarnished our perception of this particular establishment. The possibility of a language barrier and potential racism in the handling of the situation is deeply concerning. We urge fellow Accor Club members and prospective guests to explore alternative accommodations in the Wembley area to avoid the regrettable experience we encountered at Novotel Wembley.

Great Location, Poor Cleanliness

The Novotel is in a great location with easy access to everything Wembley has to offer. The reception area is bright and modern and we received good service at check in. There was also a nice touch in the room of chocolates. We booked a suite as there was 3 of us. A couple of things about this room did not work for 3 people for example the bathroom has glass doors and you can see through if someone is showering. You also access the bathroom through the main bedroom which isn’t ideal for friends sharing. The sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The room was also unclean, bins didn’t have bin bags in, the room was missing bottled water and the carpet was heavily stained. We also noticed stains on the sofa, curtains and walls. The cutlery was dirty and everything was in need of a deep clean. The fridge wasn’t clean and the was rust coming from the vents, the cupboard doors were also stained. Housekeeping needs extra staff or to be retrained. Communal areas also smelt of weed which we did not expect. The seating area also lacked a coffee table and we were also left decaf coffee pods and no caffeinated ones. The bar was nice but service was poor and inconsistent. The bar man was quite stand offish with us but very friendly with another couple. I’ve stayed in many Accor hotels and generally the bar service is amazing Overall, if you want a great location then this is a good choice however, cleanliness is important to me as well as great service and this hotel is lacking. The suite wasn’t fit for purpose for friends sharing and I also think it would be better described as a studio.
