Dear Trail, We sincerely apologise for the cancellation of your reservation and fully understand your disappointment, especially as you were looking forward to your stay. The hotel was required to close due to unforeseen Health and Safety issues, which were beyond our control. This decision was made solely to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We regret the inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting affected guests with alternative accommodation within the Accor group wherever possible, as well as processing refunds promptly for pre-paid bookings. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially with plans involving your children for the concert and football match. The cancellations were due to unforeseen Health and Safety issues, which required the hotel to close temporarily.
