Decent clean Hotel just out of the centre of Ealing itself. No real food offering so be prepared to walk down into Ealing for Dinner Bar in the hotel.

good stay except excruciating loud music at checkin area

hotel was easy to find and well located. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The downside was once a week a dj is playing music in the main reception area. It is therefore impossible to talk to reception staff without leaning around the covid screen and shouting. The receptionist also has to shout loudly for us to hear. I spoke with another guest in the elevator who arrived after us and she had exactly the same problem. keeping your distance from other people is now the norm during these times. The persons (and I use this term lightly) whose idea ro have music this loud is putting their staff in danger of catching covid because guests have to lean close to the staff memeberrs ears to shout what they want to say. Yes I would stay there again, but certainly not if the music is that loud.

good location but housekeeping not so good

The room and most of the service were fine. Location was great. However there was a dirty towel from the previous room users in the room when we arrived and when we asked for it to be removed it wasn't. Not ideal at all.

Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant, friendly staff. Car park a little difficult to find, have to telephone hotel for instructions. Suggestion would be to possibly issue instructions to guests previous to arrival.

It was very budget - a bit too budget. Front entrance is overgrown and looks horrible

The entrance area of the hotel looks like an overgrown weed garden. It looks so untidy and first impressions were really poor. I didn't take a picture (though i should have), but ask the manager there to show you and you'll know what i mean. Secondly, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well. To be fair, after being made aware someone came up within a few minutes - but it was soon after we'd got there so wasn't the ideal time for housekeeping. However, when we were free around 6pm on our way out advising the room is available to be cleaned they said housekeeping had left for the day. I was very surprised about that - i've never been to a hotel where housekeeping clocks out for the night and is only available during business hours. I then whatsapped the next morning (9:50am) on our way out about the grubby bathroom floor and specifically mentioned the bathroom floor "edges", it was the same when we got back. I didn't bring it up as i really didn't want to string this out and knew housekeeping wouldn't have been in at that time anyways. Also the continental breakfast was zero value for money. I can't believe i paid money for the breakfast. It was so bare and was of super cheap quality pastries. So much so that after the first breakfast we didn't bother even eating the next days we were there! I get it you're a "budget hotel", but i didn't stay for free and would expect a little bit more than what i got.

Good location of the hotel but very dissapointing to find out I booked a hotel with car park, only to have to park in a public car park near by as they had no spaces left. The aircon the room was so loud I couldnt sleep and turning it off wasnt easy. The room was nice and clean though.

Comfortable hotel, excellent walk in shower, handy parking. Clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortable, lighting a bit dull but manageable. Easy access from car park to hotel. Friendly efficient staff.

Great property. Brand new, good location even if it is zone 3. Things I didn’t like, the a/c is a joke the number of times it freaked out had me going crazy. I would wake up at 3am because it went crazy and made the room super hot or super cold. The rooms also are not very insulated so noise will carry

Good points: - value for money; good size room at a reasonable price. Quite stylish with some nice attention to detail such as the option of juicing your own oranges for breakfast. Bad points - communication with some staff was challenging due to a lack of fluency in English - theirs not mine! Restaurant meal was poor and although my complaint was speedily responded to by the Manager his offer of a memorable meal at a future booking was not what I wanted. The extremely disappointing meal I had already had being quite memorable enough!

We spent two nights as family. It is a descent hotel, location is good. Staff is kind and helpful. We did not have any problem. My only criticism would be about breakfast and lights in the room. Breakfast was not bad but it was too simple and plain. Light in the room was not sufficient.
