Great place, super hospitality, very clean place, great front desk and housekeeping. I would especially thank lena lee in front desk and in regards of managing the house keeping Geum Sun Hong is a great person to speak to and she will handle all issues. The women called Choi lan ok is very peaceful and great with all people, she is very kind and used to clean our room every single day with a happy cheerful face. Thanks to all people here they made us feel like home. A special thanks to all front desk working, they served all our needs and in a very professional way.

An exceptional stay at a terrific hotel. The staff are helpful, kind and pleasant. Truly the best hotel staff hospitality I have ever encountered. The amenities, decor, food / drink, housekeeping and guest service were all absolutely excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My family arrived in recently moved to Korea. Our transition stay was at the Mercure Grand Ambassador Hotel and residence for 2 months, so we had a chance to experience all the hotel has to offer. We dined at the resturant and ordered room service, we also used the pool and the parking. From the moment we set foot in the hotel the staff was wonderful helpful and always smiling and ready to help. Lauren Kim the sales manager was super helpful in extending our stay (3 times) and always asked if she could be of any help. The suite (2 bedroom) was spacious and had everything we could need during our stay. The room service staff were always accommodating with any additional amenities we needed. The bedding were very comfortable and it honestly felt like home. Thanks to all the staff for making our first stay in a new country memorable and joyful.

Merry Christmas I can say 5 out of 5 I stayed there for about 10 weeks for a business trip The stay was perfect It had nothing to complain at all I would like to leave some comments for the staffs there Mr Kim at fitness club Mr Jeff Moon Ms Sophia Kim Ms Young Cho Ms Jinny and even Ms chunae and all staffs with warm heart and great applaud Thanks a bunch I wish I would be there more

Beautiful hotel, large rooms with great furniture and views, and washer/dryer! Gym is top notch, which I value on longer trip. Near Yongsan station, which puts you on Line 1 and easy to anywhere, including airport. Nice buffet breakfast. Only downside is kind of odd isolated location. If you want city life, cafes, restaurants right outside your door this isn't the place, and that might be a fun thing in Seoul.
