Great location, next to Kyoto Train and bus station so you can connect to everywhere. Also lots of shopping around too.

Location is super convenient, we could walk across to the Kyoto station for the trains or subway for sightseeing, as well as for food and indoor shopping, especially when weather was not so fair. There was no air purifier and no wall USB ports for charging, and we found the air-conditioner a bit difficult to adjust. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Reception staff were helpful in giving us suggestion of nearby interests and gave us a detailed directory of the Osaka area.

The place is extremely well located in front of Kyoto station. However, Ibis Kyoto station should contact Google to update their name because I google mapped Ibis Kyoto Station and it shows another Ibis as the recommendation (Ibis Kyoto Station was only listed in Katakana). Also the fan in bathroom was filthy...
