As a wheelchair user, I emailed in advance to see if there were any arrangements necessary for my stay. They kindly advised that blue badge holders can park at the hotel. I sent through a copy of the pass and it was added to the booking. The hotel was clean and comfortable, lovely and contemporary. The children and my husband enjoyed the pool, which was an exciting bonus for our trip. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We didn’t need an accessible room as I can transfer from wheelchair to crutches, so the step up to the shower on our room may be problematic for some with mobility issues. It was lovely to have a bath in the room too. The thing that really set our stay apart was the staff, they were so accommodating and helpful and just couldn’t do enough to help us. Thank you for making our stay really special!

In desperate need of renovation. Cleanliness also needs to be improved (bread crumbs on the floor, hair in the bed, dust everywhere). Staff is friendly and helpful, location is ok and rooms are large.

I've stayed a few times now at this hotel. It's nothing fancy, but at least I know they won't stick me in a basement room like a lot of other hotels around Paddington. The hotel is directly above the train tracks, but you can't really hear anything when the window is closed. There's a grocery store a couple of minutes walk away, and it's a few minutes more to the train/tube station.

I can't express how grateful I am that we were able to spend our vacation in this hotel. the location in which the hotel is located is perfect, beautiful surroundings and great accessibility to all of London. Hyde Park is within walking distance. the rooms are really spacious and modernly furnished. The hotel pool is perfect. The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty. But the best thing about the whole hotel is the staff. such amazingly nice people, such a high standard of professionalism. I will never stay in another hotel in London again.
