I had an amazing stay at the mercure made a lot easier by Witek who was front of house… he did not only help with transport but also gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do whilst in London! I would recommend the mercure to any friends and family thanks to Witek.

Arrived very early in the morning from a midweek international flight. My buddy and I were exhausted but we knew there was no way we’d be allowed to check in so early. Oltita, Balazs, Frank, and Claudio were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The staff at this hotel was absolutely the highlight. I didn’t get the name of our room attendants but they were so efficient and did a fantastic job.

An Staff from the bar Wiltek always forcing guest asked for good reviews and keep when we talking in Chinese he always repeat what we talking and always not greeting. Most of the time when we met him, he always asked do we like him or not and annoying us both.

I stay here very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and specially Mr. Wetiek very nice and political. I will come back for sure when i been in London. I really appreciate thanks for everything. Hotel it s very clean people it s very nice .
