A regular customer for business travel, and always a reliably great stay. Clean, safe and quiet. Offers good value for money. Helpful staff and good range of facilities (bar, pool, self service shopping area etc). Good location for Heathrow and other transport links. Would recommend.

Amy and Roberto are amazing staff members! :) Helped to accommodate our family and ensure we were happy with the rooms and arrangements. They did a lot for us a late notice and it was really appreciated and made the whole stay a lot more stress free than it could have been! Great rooms, food was okay, pool a great addition, and we would certainly return! Thanks Novotel!

A very nice hotel with high tech and sustainable environment. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The rooms are spacious, lighting is very good, bathroom is beautiful and I can watch the television from the bath tub, It is amazing. I had good night sleep they have good pillows.

We recently hosted a Christmas family gathering at the Novotel Brentford, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The event rooms were a good size and nicely presented (including the play room for the children), and the hotel’s festive decorations set the perfect holiday mood. A huge thank you to Amit and Oscari, who went above and beyond on the day. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made everything run so smoothly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. They are truly a credit to the hotel. The service, food, and overall experience were excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Novotel Brentford for any event. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Been coming here for years but despite being a platinum loyalty member, never seem to get the welcome amenities any more (we always do especially abroad) - if you get a nespresso machine that doesn’t leak all over the place you’ll be fortunate.
