Alex was spectacular He helped manage my visit and it was a great experience for me The hotel was clean and the location was good All members of staff are welcoming and respectful The food was very fresh and delicious The service was excellent

Had a great stay, staff always helpful, Alex always looks after us. The rooms clean and the hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the bus and train station. The breakfast is I well covered spread food is nice and at a reasonable price for what you get.

Won’t go back

Would not stay here again. Staff are not helpful or even polite, all look miserable and fed up. Rooms are dull and old. Tv needs updating so do the toilets. Bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Parking was £54 for 2 days which I think is absolutely disgusting. Smoke alarms were going off intermittently! 2 waters left in the room even though was booked for 2 nights & 2 people. Nothing was replenished (coffee). Extremely overpriced for what it is. I recommend getting an air b&b for half the price, I’m sure it will be cleaner & more modern.

This hotel is pretty sub standard. We had paid for early check, yet it wasn't on there system so no room ready. When did get in the second bed wasn't made up. Two hours later and still not done after the fourth time asking. Rooms are very basic with chip paper on the walls and artex on the ceilings. The carpet was dirty and heavily marked and the sofa bed has cigerette burns. We also asked at reception if we could have a room that wasn't pet friendly due to pet allergies, to he told all rooms allow dogs so nothing they can. If you like a decent hotel with a few nice things, give this place a miss. The reception and bar areas are quite nice bit as soon as you go to the rooms it's very disappointing. If there was availability anywhere else nearby we would leave. I definitely don't recommend and won't be back.

We had a wonderful stay over Easter Holidays! The staff’s passion and attention to detail really stood out - incredibly kind and service is top notch. Beautiful hotel, the food was delicious. The location is also very convenient, connecting everywhere. Will stay here again the next time we are back in London.
