Asked to park outside of the car park due to vehicle size. Didn't have time to check in before an event we were attending. Came back to a broken in van and my bag stolen. Informed the hotel but other than what I was told was an upgraded room (not sure what the standard room would have been like), we had no further help or support. No one checked on the us, no one to help clean up all the smashed glass (all over the hotel property), no one asking if they could support, absolutely nothing, like it never happened. I assume they didnt apologise so they werent at fault but still, come on, a simple can we do anything to help! Very disappointed.

Bathroom is too small for heafty person . Oats should be added for breakfast and hot milk required . Water bottles should be guven daily . Or water machine should be there in walk way . Add more on the address .

Classy hotel in a perfect location

My wife and I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions when we have been to the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The proximity of the hotel to the Hammersmith tube station allows easy and speedy travel via the District line. From the same station there’s quick access into the heart of London via the Piccadilly line. We travel to the hotel by car via the M4 and find the hotel car-park a bonus and great value, too. The hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay. There was a great selection of food and drinks - the bonus was the 2 kids were eligible for free breakfast. We ate in the hotel on the first night of our stay - from memory it was in the bar area as the restaurant was closed at the time. The boys loved their sofa bed and we all had a restful night’s sleep. We will return soon!

Don't waste your money

6 long black hairs on the bathroom floor. 1 in the bath. Shower squeaky and whole bathroom seen better days. Black on sealant and grout missing, you get the picture. 1 small towel per person. 1 shampoo and 1 body wash for 2 people!! We had to request more for the next night. 2 sunflower seeds in between window ledge obviously not cleaned for ages. Food barely warm and inferior ingredients. Total rip off.

Hi we love staying at your hotels but this one was the first that's been dated our safe and fridge didn't work and it was cold no heating we was told only cold air lol but all others have been great👍🏾

the location of this hotel is perfect, all shops are near, tube station, and busses. the staff are lovely and very kind. We had a great breakfast, there is a wonderful lounge, the room good and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We felt safe there and the service was quality, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Our room was so big and clean and the staff did a great job cleaning our room after the mess we left.

This has to be the worse two nights I have had in any hotel. I had a family either side of me and adjacent. The noise from one or the other kept me up until 2-3am when they finally stopped shouting, crying, arguing or running up and down the corridor. The noise was unbearable and the walls are thin!! I asked to move after the first night and the hotel to their credit gave me an end room which was an improvement but I still had a noisy neighbour well in to the early hours. The check-in was slow as the hotel are clearly understaffed. There was a very helpful man on reception who did his best to make my stay better with a quieter room but alas it wasn't much quieter. I have stayed at this hotel many, many times and never experienced such noise? Maybe because the summer holidays maybe bad luck but I won't be going back.

It was ok. We usually stay in a Travelodge or Premier Inn but decided to splash out for this trip to a convention hosted at the same hotel. I truly couldn't see the 4x price in our room or the hotel, but nothing in particular was wrong with our stay. The double bed was remade as the twin beds we had booked reasonably quickly and staff were ok

We had an enjoyable stay at the Novotel London West. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the location was excellent. During our stay the hotel had a business function one evening and we thought they handled it very well. Despite being very busy the staff remained calm and courteous. Would definitely go back there again.

Great all round hotel but maintence is needed!

All in all we had a nice stay at the Novotel. It was slightly let down as the first room we were put in had a non-functioning AC, warm fridge and TV on the blink. It was saved by the staff both from maintenance and on the front desk that dealt with it quickly and had us move rooms - we even got some dessert and a few drinks vouchers, which was a nice touch. Location is brilliant, just around the corner from Hammersmith stations.

The service was brilliant.The reception was very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms were in immaculate condition thanks to the cleaners who were brilliant.They provided towels and tissue papers were requested.I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Great hotel - staff friendly and professional. Alicia who works in the morning has a great sense of humour but is clearly in charge. The food was first class and they kept the kitchen open so I could get a meal even though I was running late

Very good considering the covid19 situation

I hadn't stayed in a hotel for over six months owing to the covid19 situation, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was mentally prepared for lots of 'we can't do this because of covid19' replies. In fact, the comfort of my stay was not really compromised. All the services I wanted to use (admittedly not a long list, the bar and left luggage) were working well. Room still had everything I'd expect. The only thing working differently from normal was breakfast which from the description was going to be served in a bag so I gave that a miss, local cafes (which were open) are cheaper and offer better choice. Overall, good.

Given the very rcent reopening of the hotel and all the lockdown restrictions, I was impressed with the care take to see that my stay was as comfortable as possible in the circumstances. Parking is difficult to fathom out unless you are familiar with the arrangements, especially as the obvious entrance to the hotel is a side entrance and the road leading to it could usefully have a chain stretched across it to prevent people trying to use it.

Thank you kindly for understanding and taking into consideration the new situation in which we all trying to find ourselves. Disgusting room

The last time I went to this hotel was 28 years ago & I found the earring I lost under the bed. Well thats how it seemed anyway.! The whole room was disgusting, carpet (photo supplied) was filthy, it had cigarette burns so thats how old it is, (when was the last time you could smoke in the room). Fluff in the ventilation, old bath and shower & shower curtain. I wasn't giving it the "four in a bed" treatment it was just so disgusting and prominent. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location to underground, taxis, Heathrow and Eventim Apollo Hammersmith. Must give credit to the security for bundling out some foulmouthed customer at the bar late night just a pity he had to leave a few behind. We had a superior double room, they use the term 'superior "very loosley and yes I did complain. Reply, "we are undergoing 2 year refurbishment, sorry" Why didn't I get a refurbed one then?

I was disappointed that on Check-in, the staff didn’t seem to be keen on pointing bout key facilities of the hotel. The room was basic but adequate, but would have expected a bit more for an executive room. The worst experience was the breakfast the next day. No explanation given as to what food products were available, where the tea facilities and buffet were etc. There seemed to be a real lack of customer focus by the staff. This contrasted with excellent customer service in the bar restaurant the previous evening.

Whilst my bed and the bathroom facilities were fine the carpet was in a disgusting state with lots of stains, not something i have ever experienced before in that hotel. I did take pictures on my phone if anyone wants to see.

Good value hotel close to Olympia, but with expensive car park

Had to spend a night near Olympia prior to an exhibition, and the Novotel came up at a decent price, including breakfast. Paid an extra few quid to "upgrade if available" and this yielded a more comfortable room. Room was comfortable, with a huge bed, desk and all the usual things you'd expect, and the bathroom was clean, large and everything worked. Only ate breakfast which was a bit of a let-down - bacon was thin and oily and the fried eggs, beans or sausages weren't hot. The carpark is very expensive, even after a reduction for hotel guests. This really needs to be looked at, and if I could find somewhere with cheaper parking, it might swing me in future. In summary, a very good business hotel, and in a good location for west London.

The Novotel is a pleasant hotel, We did find the food a little too 'upmarket' for us so tended to eat out most nights. I would love to see more day to day food on offer especially in the bar area. Our stay was overall enjoyable except for some people in our neighbouring room who complained to the hotel and we were asked to stop talking (at a normal volume level, no loud laughing etc) at 4pm in the afternoon!!! We weren't being loud, just a normal level of conversation, absolutely ridiculous!! We had no TV on, no music playing, no shouting or raised voices, I am annoyed that the hotel felt they would come to us with this. It left us creeping around for the rest of our stay for fear of annoying them again! Overall it spoiled our stay but hopefully this is a one off as I have stayed in the Novotel many times before without any issue. The bedrooms are very hot so we needed to have the air conditioning on at night leaving us with cold like symptoms, after the first couple of nights we had to turn it off and leave the windows open to cool the room down.
