Hotel is great, amazing location for Troubadour theatre and easy walk to the tube. Really clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect, so clean and everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and slept wells We personally found the room warm, but nothing air conditioning and opening a window didn’t fix. The lifts were busy, we mostly used the stairs, but we were on the 5th floor and only had backpacks so wouldn’t be an option for everyone. Our only let down was breakfast, and it really was a letdown. We didn’t originally book with breakfast - but upon arrival were offered it at a discounted rate and after much discussion we decided to go for it (now regretfully). It was busy, in my opinion too busy for the space they allow. The food was empty, constantly. At no point was everything available. I had to wait 10 minutes to get a cooked breakfast because it was taking them so long to replenish the empty containers. When I did get one, I wished I hadn’t. The food was barely warm, the bacon and sausages looked like they’d been introduced to the grill they were hardly cooked so I abandoned this and tried the pastries. These were okay, but of the 3 options on offer one was never replenished the whole hour we were there. The continental was constantly out of foods. The saving grace for me, was that there was a pancake machine (as this ended up being all I ate) however this took a minute for two small pancakes - and constantly had a queue of many children. So it wasn’t a very time effective way to gain substanance. So ultimately, I would 100% stay again, but I’d personally skip the breakfast.

Less than 5 minutes from the underground. Close to the starlight Troubadour theatre, Wembley stadium, outlet mall, cinema and restaurants. The hotel was comfortable, spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was excellent My only issue was I booked a room with 2 beds as I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter What I had was a double bed. Too much hassle to complain as I was only staying one night
