Amazing hospitality with zero failure from executive lounge team. Despite temporaly set up at the 3rd floor, the team managed to provide great experience. Great welcoming and dedicated services from the bar to the food and mostly the friendly little attention attitufe. Big up to Khaow but also Ann , Higt amd Tide !

I stayed here for one night. I must say Sofitel Bangkok has never disappointed, the most amusing part of my stay were the amenities in the room and the Artitect of the property itself. Miss 'Gift' from the club floor was the highlight of my good memories. Her Attentiveness and suggestive selling made our dining more compelling. She is definitely going places. Staff like Gift makes the notion of service and the feeling of welcome to become tangible.

Sofitel never disappoints us. The rooms are not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean. The service at the lounge is exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Ms. Gift, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels including many Accor Brand hotels and Sofitels. For me, this is one of the best! The facilities, restaurants, the service, the rooms were all exceptional! The most comfortable beds I've slept in recently, fantastic breakfast and amazing service from all of the staff. I cannot fault them. Thank you very much to everyone at Sofitel Bangkok. A special thank you to Tide in Club Milleseme for being so attentive. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences to date. I 100% recommend and will be back the next time I am in Bangkok.
