Dear Esteemed Guest, Thank you for speaking so candidly about your recent stay. We are sorry that the welcome and service you received, particularly at reception and in the lounge, felt noticeably below the standard you had experienced with us in the past. It is deeply concerning that any interaction left you with the impression that our colleagues were less willing to care for you as a Thai guest. Regardless of intention, this was how the experience felt to you, and we recognise how disappointing and disrespectful that perception must have been. We also regret that the breakfast selection felt limited and that the accommodation did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate that you still found several practical aspects of the stay satisfactory, including the cleanliness, departure experience, connectivity and overall value.
