We are delighted to hear that our late-night welcome, the comfort of your room, and the direct, weather-protected access to our two adjoining partner restaurants contributed to a smooth and convenient stopover before your early morning departure. We also appreciate your constructive notes on areas where we can improve. Regarding your observation about the stains on the floor and curtain, we would like to reassure you that these are persistent marks that remain despite deep and rigorous cleaning, rather than a lack of hygiene. Your feedback regarding the bathroom ventilation noise has been forwarded to our maintenance team for review. Lastly, regarding the kettle, as a 3-star economy hotel, in-room kettles are not part of our standard amenities, but we sincerely appreciate your suggestion. We are absolutely thrilled to read that you found our breakfast to be exceptional and a "never before seen at ibis" experience! This is a wonderful compliment for our food and beverage team, who work hard to provide a high-quality start to the day. However, we regret that the distance from the airport and the cost of the standard taxi (€41) came as an unwelcome surprise. While our hotel carries the airport name, we are not located directly at the terminals. For future travels, we would like to gently note that using ride-hailing apps such as Uber or Bolt is often significantly more cost-effective than traditional taxis. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back during a future stopover and providing you with a fully satisfying experience across all areas. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few details regarding the services we provide: Food & Beverage: We take your comments regarding the restaurant and bar service seriously. Even during late hours or close to closing time, our guests should always experience welcoming and accommodating service. We are addressing this internally with our food and beverage team to ensure our service standards are consistently met. Room Standards: Your feedback regarding the room cleanliness and the bedding has been forwarded to our Executive Housekeeper for an immediate internal review. Location & Transport: Our location at the motorway service area is clearly stated and displayed across all booking platforms and communication channels to allow guests to plan their travel accordingly. Furthermore, we do not operate a private hotel shuttle service. We do, however, explicitly state that we can arrange an external transfer (such as a local taxi) upon request. Taxi Payment: When we arrange an external taxi transfer, the payment terms are ultimately between the passenger and the service provider. We always recommend confirming the preferred method of payment—such as credit card—directly with the driver before commencing the journey.
