J'ai eu une chambre au dernier étage. Bonne taille de chambre, belle salle de douche. Sans doute idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours. Personnel accueillant et très sympa. Petit-déjeuner varié. Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour, j'y retournerai sans doute. Très pratique pour se déplacer en train à l'aéroport.

Il s agit d un bel hôtel Ibis idéalement situé juste en face la gare principale de Vienne. Donc à 10 minutes à peine du centre ville en métro et 15 minutes de l aéroport en train. Il est moderne, silencieux, chaleureux et le personnel est très accueillant. Nous y avons dormi 5 nuits et tout s est très bien passé. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner offre un large choix pour tous les goûts. Seul les jus de fruits sont sujet à critique car pas naturel.

Je suis très insatisfaite de la réservation car j’avais payé en ligne un séjour non remboursable et il était précisé que je pouvais à la suite de ce paiement imprimer mes factures au niveau de mes commandes. Cette fonction ne marchait pas et on m’a renvoyé à l’hôtel, lequel a refusé d’émettre une facture. Du coup j’ai perdu la participation de mon comité d’entreprise qui représentait 50% du montant. De plus l’hôtel a refusé de faire un quelconque geste commercial pour compenser la perte. En ce qui concerne le séjour, la localisation nous convenait parfaitement car nous sommes venus en train et l’hôtel est situé juste en face de la gare. Dans le vestibule il y a un foyer agréable avec possibilité de s’y servir un café ou un thé gratuitement. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. La literie était moyenne, en particulier l’oreiller de mauvaise qualité qui glissait sous la tête. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, bonne variété mais les produits étaient de qualité médiocre, par exemple les jus de fruits n’étaient que de l’eau aromatisée, aucune pâtisserie qui donnerait envie pourtant ce n’est pas ce qui manque dans les boulangeries de Vienne. En résumé, le pire rapport qualité prix jamais expérimenté.

Proximité immediate de la gare centrale et des transports en commun. Accueil sympathique, nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme, l'efficacité et la courtoisie d'Abel, réceptionnaire. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié, amabilité du personnel. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Point négatif, nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel, la chambre n'a pas été faite un jour, oubli semble-t-il, c'est regrettable cependant. Un geste commercial du groupe Ibis serait le bienvenu pour un séjour dans un autre hôtel du groupe.

Hôtel bien situé, en face de la gare Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse Bcp d’eau froide la premier soir, on m’a change de chambre mais malgré tout des soucis de température. Très bon petit déjeuner mais toujorus le même, sur une semaine, c’est un peu dommage Literie et ménage ok
