L hotel est tres bien situe pres de la gare et du métro. Il est possible d'aller à pied de l'hotel au belvedere. L'accueil est agréable et le personnel est bienveillant. Point à améliorer : refrigerateur dans la chambre toaster pour le petit déjeuner très bon séjour, nous y reviendrons

Belle chambre et bien situé juste à côté de la Gare de Vienne. Malheureusement les réfrigérateur ont été enlevés des chambre pour la protection de la planète. Aucune machine a glace de disponible, ni de sceau a glace, seulement un petit verre de glace au bar. Cette décision nous amène a regarder d'autres option.

Juste à côté de la Hauptbahnhof, cet hôtel est très facile d’accès. Le personnel est très attentionné et le buffet de petit déjeuner très copieux. J’aime particulièrement la déco!

Très bien situé, l’hôtel propose des chambres agréables et conformes aux attentes, sans mauvaise surprise. En revanche, l’accueil a été décevant. À notre arrivée, le jeune réceptionniste a attendu plusieurs minutes avant de nous recevoir, préférant terminer une conversation téléphonique personnelle ponctuée de rires. Le barman, à qui nous avions simplement demandé de l’eau, nous a également répondu de manière sèche en pointant une fontaine du doigt. À noter toutefois qu’en soirée, la réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis s’est montrée très aimable et efficace, ce qui a heureusement relevé l’expérience.
