Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear you appreciated our convenient location, cleanliness, soundproofing, and the variety offered at breakfast. It’s also great to know you found our staff pleasant and the reservation process smooth. However, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We apologize for the bar tables not being cleared and for the simplicity of the children’s play area. Your suggestions for additional games and activities are valuable. We're also sorry to hear about the issues with the spa facilities, such as the temperature in the hammam and the broken lockers, as well as the water pressure in the shower. Regarding the towels, we will remind our team to follow eco-friendly practices when handling reusable ones. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we’ll ensure they are addressed.
