Très bien situé, l’hôtel propose des chambres agréables et conformes aux attentes, sans mauvaise surprise. En revanche, l’accueil a été décevant. À notre arrivée, le jeune réceptionniste a attendu plusieurs minutes avant de nous recevoir, préférant terminer une conversation téléphonique personnelle ponctuée de rires. Le barman, à qui nous avions simplement demandé de l’eau, nous a également répondu de manière sèche en pointant une fontaine du doigt. À noter toutefois qu’en soirée, la réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis s’est montrée très aimable et efficace, ce qui a heureusement relevé l’expérience.

experience decevante : chambre froide, decoration minimaliste, d'un blanc cru et un canapé tres "fatigué" meme pas une chaise / table pour pouvoir travailler - beaucoup de matieres plastiques emplacement du refrigerateur integré vide (cube evidé) où sont posées 2 bouteilles d'eau avec capsules (mais sans decapsuleur ds la chambre...) - arrivée a 22:45 ; la reception m'indiquer d'aller manger a la gare (sic) : aucune option pour avoir un snack sur place

Excellente localisation, proche de la gare, proche de l’arrivée du bus, à partir de l’aéroport, et proche du centre en tram. Hotel, récent allée des champs, très agréable, lumineuse. Très calme, même lorsque l’on est sur la gare. Un Novotel plutôt haut dans la gamme. Prix correct. Une très bonne adresse où nous reviendrons, probablement lors de nos prochains séjour viennois
