The Ibis is modern with rooms well fitted out and easy distance to everything required. The only drawback is the no parking onsite. However street parking is available and paid parking are all handy.

Tiny room. New but dirty with a lot of stains and patches on the carpets and furniture. $218 per night… I checked after booking and realized that the Duxton down the road was only $30 more… for a 5 star. How the Ibis can charge what they charge for this low level of accommodation is beyond me. Service at check in was extremely poor. There was no one at the counter for at least 5 minutes at check out (8am). Never again.

Nice relaxing views of the Swan River

A perfect hotel for our stay. It’s a bit quieter but we liked that. Lovely views of the Swan River from our 15th floor room. We were here for 4 nights and it was a good spot for all the things we had planned in the area and pick up points for tours. Very clean and modern.
