Staff went check room that we smoking inside room or no after 10 minutes of checking in And all hotel dark all lights switched off and AC also was not cooling This brand should not be in Accor..

Front desk staff is service mind and friendly but housekeeping and restaurant staff’s aren’t unfriendly. When I came the restaurant for eat breakfast, no one stand by for asking room number. I found one staff and I asked her that I must tell a room number and she said that yes and then I told my room number but she doesn’t have any rooming list for check. Breakfast is good taste but some food isn’t hot. Room is very comfortable.

Despite being far from the city, however, every time when I come back after taking a stroll in the city, I was welcomed by my room being tidy and clean and my towels were changed to new ones with really nice smell! Truly love how friendly the staffs were during my stay!

The bed need to improve as long time can not use.need a hard matres which is more comfortable then the spring matress.
