Room was spacious comparing to other ibis Styles I know. Love the bed, clean linen, big size and comfortable. The breakfast was okay not fancy, but I've got what I want to start my day. Reasonable room rate, allowed me to save some money on this trip. The location was a little les convenience, but it took 7 mins to the Onnut BTS station by motorcycle and it costed only 20 THB.

Room was so hot it was nauseating and even after several hours the AC only cooled it a little. Had to switch to different Ibis Style hotel but since this was no-refundable I had to pay for both hotels even though it was the same company.

Room was average but wifi was slow and not reliable. Breakfast was below expectation. No room upgrade policy for any status all member.

Good service mind staffs from reception, house keeper to staffs in cafeteria. Receptionist assisted to keep luggage while waiting for the room. He recognized me and helped to issue a new room key card as I came down to collect something while my baby was sleeping in the room. Housekeeper was polite and provided an extra towel. A staff in cafeteria was nice to my daughter. He gave a banana cake to my daughter.
