We stay at this hotel whenever we are in Taiping which is about three or four times per year since parents are laid to rest at nearby Remembrance Garden. As ever deeply appreciated hotel management facilitating charging of our EV and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and breakfast up to the normal standard. Thank you.

It was impressed because got the free upgrade to president suite. The room is very spacious. However, it has the odour smells. The TV needs to upgrade to smart TV with Netflix/ YouTube. The complimentary waters need to be improved further.

Concerning TVs, for your information, we are currently replacing all the TVs in stages. Regarding the glass bottles, for your information, we have adopted environmentally friendly practices and banned single-use plastics. A team of employees is assigned to clean and refill glass bottles with filtered drinking water from our Diamond Water Filter System. This cleaning and refilling process is closely monitored, and we diligently uphold quality control. We value your support and understanding of these sustainable initiatives for the benefit of all our guests. Everything was great during the stay. Except that the water pressure of the shower head was not as strong as we'd like it to be. Breakfast was awesome and everything from checking in until checking out was wonderful.

The room is clean and water pressure strong enough for shower
