We stay at the Novotel whenever we visit Taiping - which is quite often since it is the resting place of parents, relatives etc. I don't normally comment but just wanna make a big and grateful shout out to the reception team and security for enabling the charging of our BYD Dolphin overnight, which was hugely appreciated. OK, it was a trickle charge - so very slow - but we got sufficient power into the battery to see us back to Kuala Lumpur. Not surprisingly, there are not many charging points in Taiping so this concession by the staff was very welcome. Thank you.

Room clean without replacement of new towel, toilet carpet, called for three times but never sent and never gave effort to explain but only have customer wait for nothing. Checkout asked for digital invoice to send to email, but never sent. You need to call back and tell them again only sent. Breakfast was really below to average… pls upgrade your service and food…
