One of the best hotels in Taiping! Smooth direct booking, check-in & check-out, reasonable tariff, pleasant & courteous staff, great house-keeping, well-maintained & well-equipped room, direct entry to Mall, walking distance from Taiping Hospital, banks, bus-station, fruit & other shops and not too far from the Train station. Unfortunately, gym (with treadmill - a great attraction for walking at any weather) was closed indefinitely! I hope they open it soon!

Great room, comfortable, looks nice. A smart tv would have been nice and shower could have been a bit warmer. Apart from that great hotel, would come again.
