Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I have read your comments, and, first of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the insufficient food during the Ramadan buffet, as mentioned in your remarks . I understand how you feel, but this should not have occurred in the first place. I will certainly address this with my Executive Chef to ensure that ample food is prepared for our guests, especially when we have a large crowd at the Ramadan buffet. Proper planning in advance is crucial to ensure sufficient food and smooth replenishment of items for the buffet, particularly when we have many guests attending . Please accept my sincerest apologies. We take this matter seriously and are committed to ensuring it will not happen again.
