The hotel, room, facilities are great. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Just 2 things can be improved. Change the tv into smart tv and for the kids club house, remake again the room and for xbox games, i dont found any controller there. Maybe u can put instructions note on the wall to find the controllers.

Everything is great in this hotel. The location is one thing to point out. Connected to the Taiping mall, and walking distance to the street food area and Taiping lake garden are plus points for this hotel. The room is as usual ; spacious, clean, and cosy. Great shoutout for the staff especially Ms Sabrina Romli, who has gone above and beyond in providing the best service and care to us along our stay. My daughter left something with a sentimental value for her in the room and Ms Sabrina did contact us as soon as they found it in the room and offered to send it back to us. Lovely efforts and we appreciated this so much.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I overall found it to be a good hotel. The location is very strategic, the facilities are comfortable, and I generally enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the housekeeping service. Around 12:00 noon, I approached a housekeeping staff member and specifically requested that my room be cleaned while I was present, including a change of bedsheets. I waited in the room until approximately 4:00 PM, but no one arrived. Eventually, I had to leave the hotel. Upon returning later, I found that the room had only been partially serviced. While the bed had been made, the bedsheets had not been changed despite a note clearly placed on the bed requesting a bedsheet change. In addition, the floor mat was left wet, the empty tissue box had not been replenished, and both toilet paper rolls had run out and were not replaced. I had to contact Reception to request these items and have the housekeeping service completed. It was disappointing that such basic housekeeping details were overlooked, especially after a direct request had been made earlier in the day. While I appreciate the hotel's comfortable environment and excellent location, I hope management will review the housekeeping procedures and communication process to ensure a more consistent guest experience in the future.
