Overall experience was wonderful. My only possible complaint is the parking system...although the ticket was validated with the reception, we had problem getting out...only realizing it needed to be revalidated by the parking payment machine. It would be better, if the reception had informed of this during check-out.

I spent 4 cosy nights here with the cold air conditioned, king-sized bed, top level room as well as the ample parking space though it's on Level 6. Staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient in actions. Room was spacious but a bit too dim for work which I had to turn on the table lamp. Apart from that, the bathroom was clean and spacious though the water heat might be hardly in control sometimes. The water flow was a bit slow. The best part about this hotel is it's just beside Taiping Mall and there is a hawker centre opposite. Finding food is definitely not a problem. Another element I like is the hotel provides 3 elevators which I didn't have to wait for long. Will definitely come again for my next working trip.
