Hotel is clean and room condition is good. There was some dust at the glass shelf which is not too visible, and reading light was malfunctioned.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Taiping. While my room didn't have much of a view, it more than made up for it by being incredibly spacious, clean, and well-designed. There was plenty of room to relax and unpack comfortably. ​The hotel's location is perfect—very central and right next to the mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around town. The staff were also fantastic, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. If you prize a spacious, comfortable room and great hospitality over a window view, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again!
