Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Taiping. Located in the centre of town, yet 10 mins from Lake Gardens, and walking distance from cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and attractions - you don’t even need a car to move around. (There is Grab if you need it). Rooms are of high standard, well appointed & best of all-generous hot showers! Staff are super friendly & accommodating from GM down to Siras, the ever smiling Concierge. Taiping Mall, multi storey adjacent/connected shopping centre has lots to offer including cinema (and popcorn!), department and grocery store so everything is covered. You don’t have to leave the hotel complex… especially if it is raining outside! Too many to list!

AC was not working well, maintenance fixed. Incident repeated pm. Falls short of a 4* hotel. Property maintenance gap given more than 1 customer experienced this.
