Prime location, nearby to all the local attractions, comfortable rooms, slighly thin walls cause i could the housekeeping washing the bathroom either upstairs or the side.

During the first day of my stay, the ventilation or exhaust fan in the washroom was not working. I called the front desk, and after some time, it was resolved. I appreciate the prompt action being taken after the request being made.

The room was very good overall - nice bed, clean sheets, loved the safe provided and the available instant coffee/tea for a quick fix. Quick turnaround for room service too thanks. Slightest issue I noticed was the floor had bit and pieces of dirt/paper which was not vacuumed completely. Staff were mostly fantastic, minus a couple of young men whom were manning the desk one morning. The Malay chap was warm and provided advise on the parking ticket process, however, the Chinese (I believe his name is Jason) had a nonchalant attitude and was busy with his phone - not a great look for your hotel. Otherwise, the 6-7 staff I encountered were excellent. Location - wonderful! Mr Chua was also very helpful and did a great job rescheduling my booking due to my flights being changed. Thank you.

Friendly staff, good sized and clean rooms. Fantastic location. The pool was clean and well maintained..,Only comment I will make is to include English breakfast tea or a form of black tea and milk (Susu) - not powdered milk, for each room each day. And for a top star hotel, including moisturisers in each room will be appreciated.
