We stayed for 5 nights half board basis in superior river view room. The staff were excellent from being initially welcomed by Jack, front of house reception, all staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel was very full with guests but remained quiet and no sound penetrated through at night from corridors etc. Paul the bar and beverage manager manages this area fantastically, it is so efficiently run and it functions so smoothly, Ronni at the initial booking desk in this area, is so friendly and efficient and makes sure table bookings are managed without delay. Paige was also very efficient and assisted us with any meal queries we had with food, as well as Tariq who greeted us in a morning from the food preparation area to check we were well looked after. All the staff in this hotel work so hard to ensure that guests have a fantastic experience when staying here. It is a credit to the Accor group, and the general manager Neil Brailsford who oversees this. The only thing I would change about our stay there would be the half board basis. The same menu was set for the whole week, same choice of meals every day, it was repetitive and not really to our choice, even a buffet option would have been better, but this is just a personal choice. Next stay I will eat outside of the hotel. There are so many other venues to choose from in walking distance of the hotel and the St Georges dock area is only a short distance away. I would recommend this hotel and will return again, and thank all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice newish hotel Large room with all amenities Friendly staff and good restaurant for breakfast and lunch Location is excellent -On docks and easy walking distance to many museums and downtown core attractions Walking is safe and once you get an idea of city layout the preferred mode of transport

The Pullman hotel offers a perfect accommodation for business or leisure trip. The room was in perfect condition and well cleaned. The location near the Docks is very convenient and is a good starting place to visit the city. Good breakfast with a particular mention to Irene, she was always kind, efficient and gave us also plenty of information for our stay.

Pros : lovely bed and linen , reception staff are helpful and polite. Receptionist who booked taxi for me was wonderful and helpful ( thank you!). Doorman with feather in cap was 1st class and helped put suitcase in taxi. Cons : breakfast was terrible , poor choice of cereals and not a banana in sight. Breakfast staff were late , surly and disorganised :-(

Fabulous hotel, last minute booking

Following a disastrous potential hotel nightmare nearby, I was lucky enough to be able to book a room very last minute at the Pullman. Chloe on reception was a delight, with a caring manner and provided exceptional service. She is an absolute credit to the hotel which itself was impeccably clean and luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast was varied, tasty and fresh unlike most hotels I have visited. Fantastic hotel and would really recommend! A further compliment also goes to Billy, who was also very, very helpful.
