We appreciate your positive remarks about our location and the friendliness of our reception staff. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your visit. Please know that we take your concerns seriously, particularly regarding the maintenance of the room facilities, cleanliness, and the condition of our laundry machines. We strive to ensure all amenities are in proper working order and that our accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness. We also recognize that our housekeeping policy may not have met your expectations. While we do offer additional housekeeping services for a fee, we are committed to ensuring that our guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Regarding our shop prices we continually review our services and pricing to ensure they align with guest expectations. £4 for a double spirit and mixer is not a high price.
