Decent hotel in a good location

Great location and decent hotel/ apartment. Our room was a bit tight though it came with a small kitchen. There were issues with the bathroom plumbing and toilet. Had to ask for help twice and they don't fix things over the weekend. So we had to endure the issues for 3 out of the 5 days. Pillows are too small and soft. Breakfast is very good and generous . Staff are helpful , nice and polite.

Great three night stay with one issue

This hotel is great. Love having the little kitchen. Everything you need in the old Lewis’s building. Staff are all friendly. Breakfast is 17. Dear. Very dear. If you want breakfast there is a MacDonald’s acrosss the road. Or top tip. Tabac at the top of bold street by the bombed out church. Amazing. Only downer. I got stuck in the lift for 45 mins until the engineers came.

Great Stay in a Perfect Location with Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for two nights at the Aparthotel Adagio Liverpool City Centre and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with everything from restaurants to shops and major attractions just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day out exploring. It really felt like a home away from home. The only downside was the cleanliness, which didn’t quite match the high standard of the other aspects of the hotel. It wasn’t terrible, but there were a few details that could have been better attended to. Still, I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others, especially for its great location and friendly service.

Superb stay… a big 10 out of 10!

I stayed here with my 14 year old son for 3 nights. I had read the reviews and all seemed good but this was better than expected! Staff very friendly and polite and the room was massive! Beds comfortable,kitchenette big and the bathroom was spacious! Tv was large with Netflix and You Tube and we just had a really relaxing stay! Close to the nightlife district but we couldn’t hear anything if the windows were closed! On our last morning we ate breakfast at the hotel and that was more than delicious and the chef made me scrambled egg which was yummy! All in all a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again! My wife wants to come next time! What a great city Liverpool is and we were real tourists here and did so much!

Convenient location

It's handy to have a kitchenette and be near shops and stations. The apartment was clean but the bedding triggered allergies, perhaps the pillows etc were rather old and needed a deep clean. The walls were a bit thin, so sleep quality wasn't great and I used ear plugs. Some other residents were a bit noisy, pushing and banging furniture around a lot. The neighbourhood didn't feel great - perhaps it was near the station. Beware of random people on the street asking for money. I avoided eye contact with strangers and did not bother to be friendly after some elderly lady asked for money. She didn't appear particularly in need, but since I smiled, thought I was easy pickings. On the whole it didn't seem a particularly welcoming place nor safe surrounds. I have definitely felt safer in many other large cities. Other reviews have noted that this hotel is used by people in need. I'm all for inclusion and supporting the community. However, there was an overall detachment on the part of the staff and I would probably stay somewhere else next time.
