It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel in recent years. We brought our dog with us for the first time. It was our dogs first time in a big city and a hotel. I rang the hotel after booking to see if we could have a quiet room. Upon arrival we got parked straight away and were told we were at the end of the corridor,on the bottom floor away from the lifts and noise. Which suited us fine. Our room was clean and tidy. We know the rooms are basic but as we were only stopping 2 nights it didn't bother us. We had no problems at all with the room. The hotel is in a great location opposite the Docks with plenty of parking. All members of staff we came in to contact with were polite and friendly. We didn't have any problems with some of them not being English. We tried the breakfast Saturday morning which was good. We were happy we could sit in the bar with our dog for food and drinks. Thw drinks prices were ok,there is also a pool table in the hotel. Saturday night we had 2 pizzas which were nice. I wouldnt hesitate to stay in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone. The beds were also v comfy and my dog behaved herself,as there was no noise. I would definitely here again 😀

Ideally situated & very comfortable stay for our two nights in Liverpool. The staff were friendly, helpful & breakfast was really good too. Across the road from M&S Bank Arena was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was

Hotel run by young kids who had no idea. Room appalling, bathroom door didnt close, tv old and wonky, furniture shabby, plug in sink didnt allow drainage and had to be removed. Cleaners didnt wash cups, empty bins or make bed. Tea coffee etc not replenished. Breakfast items poor quality and not replenished, often empty. Tables piled with dirty plates and we had to clear and clean or own. Staff doing nothing, apart from piling plates with breakfast for themselves and disappearing. Didnt speak English. Had issue with noisy girls in room opposite our and so called security man did nothing to help so had to deal with it ourselves. Lack of parking. Skip and old caravan in car park which we looked out on. Avoid!!!

Room nice and clean, view of river front spectacular at night. Staff could not be more helpful . Surprised at the friendly and warm atmosphere. Breakfast good selection and easy to take. Lovely and quiet in the night despite the main road being just there. Thank you for a great visit. Allan Murphy, from Skem.

I’ve stayed in better military accommodation. Room stark a bear more comfort in a prison cell . Carpet in the room more like vinyl with a bit of dog hair on it . Up side is the location apart from that avoid like the plague
