We stayed there 2 nights and was checking out on Sunday 23 Aug. We had our breakfast and were heading out to do few things during the day before going home. Our door key did not work so couldn't get in the room to check out. The two good ladies tried to help and they struggled. They had to call some one else and after more than an hour they managed to open the door. We were very frustrated as we wanted to leave ASAP. I believe that I should be refunded the hotel cost due to inconvience and loss of time.

From memory ladies name at the front reception was Helen, nothing was to much trouble, customer service with a smile and friendly personality. We had a medical episode during our stay and the staff were fantastic calling an ambulance and looking after our welfare.
