Reception welcoming. Our room, though old, was clean, AC on, fridge with milk, crockery and cutlery in the cupboard. Daily serviced, bins emptied, replenished biscuits. Although we were at the front of the Mercure, we were. Not disturbed by outside or internal traffic. Value for money.

I have stayed with you before, which is always good. I just wonder why you don't provide Accor Platinum member with a free Breakfast, as per my membership.
