The hotel being located right near the shopping area, with walking distance to everything was great, room 50 had a bath my wife loved. We are back at the end of the month and have requested the same room, the only issue was not enough coffee pods, with then not being refilled during room makeup. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Comfortable but frustrating problems with technology. First, the heater would not work properly until we got advice from reception. Then we found it impossible to get the channel we wanted on the TV. The receptionist came over and used the correct remote (there were two) to put us on the right track. It was difficult to keep the shower from splashing over most of the bathroom.

Room had makeshift type wall between bed and bathroom. Obvious moving of furniture as bits of carpet missing in places. Carpet very dirty in places Overall : ex staff , location great Suggest replace carpet to Bring up to standard Mercure accomodation
