Very clean and tidy room compared to the last place I stayed in Echuca and the location is great as it’s close to everything. Very quiet at night so I was able to get good sleep and in a comfortable bed as well. The room was the right size and glad the staff were extremely accommodating to my partner’s need as he is disabled. Trish was very helpful and lovely to speak with as we had arrived and checked in pretty late due to the fires. Loved the spa bath in the bathroom as that was the highlight.

My partner and I had set up to camp for the weekend however due to the dangerous weather we decided to pack up and look for a motel. We chose to stay at the Mercure and with a last minute booking we were so impressed with the service. The receptionist Yana was so helpful with our booking and also accommodated us parking with a trailer. The room was very clean, nice and cool and the facilities were great. We will definitely be coming back.
