I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We apologise for the inconvenience and feeling unwelcomed. We will be speaking to the team to have this issue resolved. Invoices in the morning can be given, printed or emailed, on check out but unfortunately, we do open at 7:30 and the computers do have to do a reboot for the day which can sometimes take a little while.
