The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The only issue is how steep the stairs are. When I booked I didn’t know that there was two levels and I just assumed there was a lift. We were booked for two nights and our room was on the top floor. I have a medical condition that limits me to stairs. I was getting anxiety thinking that I would have to use the stairs. After one night I went to reception and spoke to Helen, I explained the situation and Helen was so good on moving us to a ground floor. I couldn’t thank her enough. Helen even asked to housekeeping staff to help with moving our luggage to the ground floor. It’s the one down side to the hotel, the stairs are steep and there isn’t a lift.

Disappointed no room breakfast supplies, room could do with a makeover ,, bathroom shower damaged and not cleaned properly

Booking in/retention of bookings, requires an overhaul

This was my second stay in two years, and on both occasions my stay was with a large group where we used upwards of 30 rooms. The group bookings and checking in process was not consistent. Both times there were bookings that were not recorded correctly, including bookings for two days were only recorded for 1 day, bookings were cancelled without the customer being notified. Otherwise the location and security afforded to the people staying was good, which is why we chose to stay at your venue.
