Nice room with extremely comfortable bed and modern clean bathroom. Ideally it would have been a perfect stay, but unfortunately the room was located facing the Main Street. Noise of motorcycles and cars playing loud music continued until 3 am and started again at 5 am. Hopefully if they ever update they will sound proof the front rooms. Lesson to always carry ear plugs. We would stay again, only requesting a room at the back of the complex. Helen at reception was wonderful and a huge thank you to her for her efforts in finding my wife’s sunglasses. She had dropped them outside our car and Helen traced them us using the car registration. That service raised our spirits after a rough night.

W/C in need of repair, water pressure in shower not good. Dinner, well you asked for it. My husband ordered steak, he got steak, a FEW MINUTES LATER HE GOT THE CHIPS, A FEW MINUTES LATER HE GOT THE MUSHROOM SAUCE after he had nearly finished his steak! For an entrepreneur I had brushet, now I've had it before so knew what to expect, there wasn't very much on the toast at all. So considering it cost $18. Not impressed, our waiter was very good.

Excellent stay recently at this event hotel for our Cadillac Nationals. Fantastic secure parking for our big cars and very spacious and clean rooms. Walking distance to shops and Port, highly recommend.
