Lovely check-in and bottle of wine offered as a gold member. No room upgrade unfortunately. Room extremely old and dated. Bathroom has been renovated and very nice but shower pressure terrible. Old cabinets, fridge with lots of marks and worn timber. Bed hard and woke with a terrible back ache. I stay her because of ahold status but think this may be the last time
