Whilst the overall standard of the complex and room were acceptable there are two issues that need comment. 1. The bathroom window in room 26 has no blind or curtain (assume this is the same in all rooms) to reduce sun glare onto the mirror so much so that we had to improvise and use the hanging picture in the bedroom plus a number of pillows to reduce the radiance in the bathroom. 2. The room fridge was woefully inadequate so much so that ice cream placed into the freezer portion did not freeze. One can imagine what this was like in the middle of January

We had a good stay but couldn’t use the pool because you need to put in a rail for the disability people. But we enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back in June.

Requested for ta invoice to be sent through 3 times and still no reply. Phoned through room service order with no answer, went to bar to order and no one took my order, another gentlemen left as well. Bad service. Rooms always clean and tidy, very nice motel but staff need to be more alert of what customers require, opening your reception at the particular time is not helpful when other motel reception usually open at 7.00 am.

Booking- in process on arrival was a tad slow due to the number of bookings and the complexities of COVID requirements. I believe this could have been streamlined with some simple pre planning. We need to be upgraded due to our room not being ready, again some pre planning may have prevented this problem. The upgrade was terrific and the stay as good as usual. We will book again soon

We held our Annual General Meeting in the Murray Room from 6pm - 8pm on Thursday 3rd December. We were able to liaise with Events Manager, Ebony, very easily by email. She was able to set the room up perfectly to enable the 22 participants to meet safely in these difficult times of a global pandemic. We really appreciated the service the Mercure Port of Echuca was able to provide.

We stayed in king spa room , room and bathroom large , bed very comfy , facilities good , nice pool and jacuzzie . Only let down was there was no bubbles supplied for the spa in our room , just not the same without bubbles and I'm sure a small bottle would not be expensive to provide
