Well located and enjoyed stay but needs some repair or work

Good sized room for two beds, dining table and general facilities including kitchenette, minus the sink plug but office found one. Room needed some cleaning though, upgrade and repairs. No windows to open and we like fresh air. Also meant had to leave front door open to let air in and cool down room and this was winter cool. Air conditioning unit barely functioning and looked potentially broken. Possibly not the only room too warm as saw others doing same.
