We used our Accor card free night.... wonderful 5 star experience. As requested by us, we were allocated a 11th floor room with 12 noon check in. Thank you very much for that. The room is lovely and the bed is superb.The dining experience is world class for view, food quality and professional staff. Breakfast was world class and whilst expensive at $60/pp, using the Accor half price availability it was great value and astonishing range available. Eg 8 different fruit juice options!

Our stay at So/ Auckland was a special and luxurious experience. The extra touches such as the free non-alcholic mini bar, the valet parking service, and the rooftop bar charging to our room and having live music made it feel upmarket and special. It had an incredible location and the breakfast views and buffet were well worth it.
