Larissa at the front desk was an example of how to train hospitality professionals. She was great. Always welcomed us with a smile, great recommendations and got us in early (we did request ahead of time) but after traveling all night, it was so nice to have a room to freshen up in and rest for an hour before hitting the city. The rooms were small but clean. Water pressure was excellent. They have a good breakfast and a great breakfast manager that even remembered our room number after the first day. Because of this experience, we joined the ALL app to stay in more Ibis properties.

Perfect location, easy access to all public transport routes by central station and trams. Everything within walking distance. Staff on reception really friendly, spoke good english, always happy to help. Rooms perfect for a city break, on the small side but beds were comfy and bathroom was good.

In a great location very central but rooms are quite dated and a lot of the tv channels don’t work. No hot water tap on the sink. Felt like I paid a very high amount for an only acceptable standard room

Well location. Close to the Central station. Easy access to metro and tram. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and supermarkets. However single room is very small
