Spent two nights at this hotel to attend a nearby conference. The checkin was very fast and smooth, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was good-sized, clean and well equipped. Breakfast offers something for everyone’s taste and was more than adequate. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from the central railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très sympathique et professionnel, propre et bien entretenu, petits déjeuners simple, bon et réapprovisionné régulièrement, seul bémol, la chambre 406 était vraiment trop petite, 1une seule table de chevet, pas de place pour les valises, domage, sinon la note aurait été de 10

My employer paid for a twin bed room and upon my arrival I received a single bed room. When I asked at front desk the reason for this room the clerk provided an excuse that is the fault of Expedia whom did not explain to my booking agent the difference, whilst on my booking it clearly shows Twin Bed room. He mentioned to me that if I pay 20 euros extra he can upgrade my room as my booking shows. This is simply horrible service, as I stay in many hotels and travel a lot to The Netherlands and all my bookings are being done through our booking agency and I have never experienced this issue before. I will definitely tell my booking agency and my employer to remove this hotel from the list to choose from.
