We spent four nights and had a great experience. The hotel has an amazing location, you can walk everywhere within minutes - the train station for our day trip to Pisa is right next door. Although in the center it was so quiet and clean!!! We booked a family room (2 adults & 2 daughter 9 & 11) and it was huge, with a large desk-working station and a big private balcony (highly appreciated for smoking!!!), clean, quiet and extra comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, ranging from reception (buona sera Fransesco (thanks for the morning coffee!!!), Alessia, Chiara), to housekeeping (definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in)!!!. If we had the chance, we would definitely return!!!

Great hotel. Excellent location. Super close to train station but the double glazing means you don’t hear a thing. Easy walk into town and very close to market. Staff were very helpful and nice Was really nice to stay in a modern, spacious hotel with a fridge to keep drinks cool Only downside was they seemed to have a real problem with drainage in the basins (we had 3 rooms) and tiny shower flies but that’s why not giving 5 stars

Extremely well located for all the sightseeing in Florence. Staff were all very helpful, efficient check in and out. Our fourth floor room faced the back of the building which overlooked some other buildings so not much of a view but it was very quiet, no traffic noise or street noise so that was an advantage as far as we were concerned. Great shower with good water pressure and a comfortable bed. The lighting was a little dark in places and with so many hotels these days, hard to figure out! Breakfast was in an odd basement room ( up some stairs, down some more...) and was passable but not amazing. For a city break this hotel and room worked perfectly.

Stunning hotel near many tourist spots. My spotless room was HUGE with a view to a bustling side street. Two sets of windows blocked any noise from the street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a dream, offering a range of dishes to enjoy. We dined out every night at restaurants only a few minutes walk away.
