Staff helpful and friendly, but stay let down by tatty room, particularly the carpet. One, of only 2 lifts was broken, and the stairs could only be used by prior arrangement. If the location was not so good, I would look elsewhere for my next stay.

Was a lovely stay for a one night trip. Ideal location, very comfortable bed for myself and partner. Only thing was the stairs for the hotel were closed so has to take lift and partner is very scared and has a fear of them.

Great location, friendly staff. Only negative was that you were not allowed to use the stairs, which was doubly frustrating as one of the lifts was out of order.
