This is my 5th visit to the hotel and now that I am a gold member , there was no recognition on arrival . Not sure if they even upgraded the room, didn’t even inform where to get the welcome drink so I have to ask on the 2nd day . I don’t think I will be back again if not for the Accor status .

We were on the 2nd floor on the road frontage. The first night there was a lot of noise from the floor above. We saw some school groups so thought it would be them. The next night the same then the last night really loud sounded like construction. About 3 AM I was going to come down and see what was going on but Trace asked me not to. Enjoyed my stay and we have stayed there before but that was a bit disappointing.

I think this is the worst I is hotel I ever stayed. Super dissapointed with the breakfast and the service in the restaurant. They don't have enough manpower to cook at the counter like fried egg and noodle soup. Fried egg got to wait for 30 min as only one flying pan is used and noodle soup got to cook ourselves until it has lost the hygiene standard where I saw a Chinese customer put his own chopstick into the boiling wok to cook the noodles. Very sad. Won't come back again.
