Good location. Very Poor service standards from ALL staff. Whenever approaching any staff regarding my platinum status they obviously have no idea and the knowledge regarding hospitality to make guest feel welcome or make me feel like I want to enjoy and services offered by the hotel.

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. But hallway to the room was not bright enough. Lack of lighting along the hallway. We just dont feel comfortable and a bit scary for us to walk all the way from lift to the room. The hotel should have at least 1 bellboy ready at the entrance. We arrive around 9 pm. We put our baggage at the troly by ourself, but no bellboy available. We have to drag our luggage to our room by ourself.
