We had a wonderful experience at restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music created a great, cozy atmosphere. Everything felt lively and enjoyable. Our waiter, Yulyastika, was extremely kind, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. We are very satisfied with our visit and will definitely come back again.

Sofitel's wealth is people. It was so wonderful! 소피텔의 재산은 사람입니다. 너무 훌륭했어요!

The experience at Sofitel was excellent. The warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff were so welcome that I didn't want to leave this place. I especially thank Robert at the club lounge. I was very upset when the ATM at the airport swallowed my card before check-in, but they tried to resolve the issue, calmly explained it, and reassured me. Thank you to Ge de Ame, the guest room manager. Every time I passed by, they meticulously checked for anything needed, when to clean the room, or any inconveniences, so I almost mistook it for our house! The pool was beautiful, and all the food from the pool bar and breakfast were delicious.

We spent 3 wonderful days in a villa at Sofitel Nusa Dua and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, and our butlers — Ayu, Edi, and Hendik — took such great care of us. They were warm, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed, which made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. Truly outstanding hospitality. We would happily return!
