An exception resort with the most friendly staff. They accommodated all our needs for the 10 days we were there. I would highly recommend Sofitel. Staff member Panda (he’s preferred name) was great from our first interaction to the very last.keep up the great work!!

Great resort with awesome staff. Especially the butlers and club admin. Good room service menu too. Issues faced 1. Club M kids room toys need to be updated/fixed/batteries replaced. 2. Driver booked by hotel tried to scam by increasing the amount and then also claiming no change on him. 3. Agoda had false advertising by showing a plunge pool under the room images for prestige suite. Very disappointing to find out no pool for non ground floor units as shown in the app.

5 star experience Ist time in Bali, great hospitality, perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!!! Agus -super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped my mum with her frozen shoulder exercises and helped me personally with strength training. Yudi and Andre - took super awesome photos of us at different backgrounds and edited them the best I have ever seen. Helpful and professional staff, everyone greets you with a smile. So many options for breakfast. Can’t recommend Sofitel enough!
