We had an unforgettable experience at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Everything was perfect, from our arrival to our last coffee at Club Milesime. The food was delicious, with many options. The pools were more than enough for all the guests. The room was spacious and quiet. We loved the beach and all the services. Special mention to the entire Club Milesime team. Among the staff, we especially highlight the service from Mr. Panda. Perfect.

The staff & hotel were all fabulous. My friend & I enjoyed the Sofitel club lounge - stand out staff members Ayu was very friendly & made our stay that little bit better.

I truly love the Sofitel brand, and my recent stay at Sofitel Bali was especially exceptional. Everyone was so kind, and I was deeply impressed by the hotel facilities, the beach, the kids club, and the food. In particular, having a Korean-speaking butler, Robert, made communication effortless. Thanks to him, I now feel confident that even my parents—who are not comfortable with English—could stay at Sofitel on their own without any issues. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Hendrik for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. If we visit Bali again, Sofitel Nusa Dua will definitely be our choice once more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great week at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The service was incredible - special mention to Pande who did such a wonderful job servicing our room for the week (probably the best housekeeping we’ve had at any hotel), the pool staff for their attentive poolside service, and the kids club staff for their care - kids had a ball. Gym was very good. Good breakfast buffet. Only criticism would be that most restaurants open at 6pm for dinner - would have preferred 5pm dinners for families with young children, as ours were exhausted after a day of swimming and 6pm was too late.
