员工是索菲特最大的财富，从办理入住时的法国小帅哥，到泳池、沙滩、餐厅、客房的每一名员工都面带微笑，且都不收取小费，礼宾部的一位女员工帮了我，当时我不知道如何充值高速卡，她非常热心的帮我查询且用自己手机帮忙充值，当我要表示感谢时委婉拒绝，真的是一次完美的度假体验。
