Bali Nusadua Sofitel Villa with private pool Was awesome villa The butler YULI was very helpful She checked up on us every morning and made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything to make our stay enjoyable. She was kind and caring and and not to nosy or pushy She always came an said hello every morning I recommend YULI as a genuine helpful person and a credit to the Sofitel chain Thank you YULI for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable Regards Dean and Sharyn Anderson

The Sofitel is an impressive hotel, with a grand foyer. The check in for us was efficient and pleasant. The porter showed us to our room, which was wonderfully air conditioned… so nice after the heat and humidity of Bali in December. The room was very spacious, with a super-comfortable bed, a lounge and a table with a chair. Of course, large screen SmartTV and a minibar. There was a balcony and a very large ensuite with shower room, vanity and separate toilet cubicle. The glass door to the toilet doesn’t provide much privacy from someone using the vanity. Of course, there is an unlimited supply of safe, bottled water. We had room service and it was delicious and inexpensive. We had a great sleep then sat around the pool the next day. My wife had a 2-hour massage for just over $100AUD. Yes, you can get cheaper massages, but you get the luxury you pay for. Breakfast was included. Sofitel has an extremely extensive array of breakfast foods. Every type of cuisine is catered for, from Western, to Chinese, to Indian and more. Omelettes, pancakes, pastries, juices and table service for coffee and tea. We loved our short stay at Sofitel, and were looking forward to returning at the end of January.

Banquet night with live music and fire dancing was fantastic, the food was amazing and the service was great. Andi and the staff looked after our every need. Highly recommended to eat here.

We all had an amazing time at Sofitel Nusa Dua. Amazing resort. All the facilities were fantastic. The gym is a very important part of the trip and this gym was exceptional. The staff are all very friendly. Thank you to Novi at the gym! You were super helpful!
