Sofitel is a truly special hotel that holds wonderful memories for our family. From the delicious food to the warm, attentive staff and beautiful atmosphere, every stay feels memorable. The resort is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, and each visit somehow feels better than the last. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and spotless, and the amenities throughout the resort are excellent, offering great quality and value. The kids’ club is especially close to our hearts — a place where children feel happy and cared for, allowing parents to relax with complete peace of mind. The team — Dian, Natalia, Distiya, Ida, Massri, Devian, Triana, Yonita, Asri, Eka, and Juni — are truly wonderful. We also highly recommend Manarai Beach Club for its vibrant atmosphere and excellent food — a standout experience within the resort. We always leave feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. Sofitel is a place we wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable, family-friendly stay.

We had a wonderful family holiday, the rooms size were huge , the service is excellent and we enjoyed the swimming at pool. And we had a family photo shoot taken at the resort, and the photographer Mr Ketut is very professional !

A few clerical errors without any apologies, poor customer service

I am writing his review while I’m still here. This is our second visit to the Sofitel and on the luxury escapes package. We were excited because our first experience was excellent and booked for a big family trip because of this (3 luxury resort rooms in total). This time however there have been a number of instances already that have been lacking. 1. They repeated asked us regarding our arrival dates and times, and sent us information about our stay and inclusion with the millisime club, including an attachments. However on arrival we were advised that it was all a mistake and we wouldn’t have access. 2. We waited for a long time before they checked us in, because they were busy while we could clearly see staff were free and we are travelling with little children. We appreciate it’s a busy time of year, however seeing staff free was disappointing. 3. We had to move rooms, because they placed us right next to the restaurant which has music playing loudly from 6am. However we had to chase 4 times before we were able to do so. They had forgotten apparently. 4. Our luxury escapes inclusions clearly states that a child under 11 eats free from the kids menu when dining with a paying adult. (There are no exclusions articulated regarding which outlets do and do not include this- however this was disregarded at the pool) Rather than anything else, I think it is disappointing that they just say sorry but don’t actually respond in any other way. Other than that- it is a beautiful property. Kweezeen is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner buffets and the swimming is delightful. Being right near the beach is a real treat.
