酒店设施稍微有点年代了 但是服务非常好 酒店的位置也不错 靠近沙滩 非常适合来海岛悠闲度假的情侣

酒店的工作人员都很友善，培训也很到位。早餐也很有印度尼西亚特色很美味。就是房间地板太滑了，我穿着不同款式的鞋子在卫生间差点滑倒三次，有一次滑倒了，尤其是酒店提供的棉拖鞋，超级危险。地板材质太不适合设置在卫生间了。

员工是索菲特最大的财富，从办理入住时的法国小帅哥，到泳池、沙滩、餐厅、客房的每一名员工都面带微笑，且都不收取小费，礼宾部的一位女员工帮了我，当时我不知道如何充值高速卡，她非常热心的帮我查询且用自己手机帮忙充值，当我要表示感谢时委婉拒绝，真的是一次完美的度假体验。
