Stayed here for four nights on a city break and it was very pleasant the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and warm. The hotel is located near two stations to get the train/underground, lidl just round the corner also. We stayed and had bed and breakfast, which was also very nice. I’d stay again.

From my arrival at the hotel and the warm welcome I installed my self in my room taking on board the Covid information. Breakfast in the morning was very organised and the lady in charge knew exactly what she was doing. I was going out for a ride in the afternoon and the great advice and direction from your friendly receptionist [Daniel] was second to none. I enjoyed being here in the Mercure and will definitely return.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Slept well each night, no noise from inside or outside the hotel. We were at the back of the hotel. Room basic but clean. Tea and coffee provided and a free safe. Bathroom was good, plenty of hot water and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was of a good quality with the usual selection of continental and hot options. All staff friendly. Also there is a luggage room, should you need to store any items after checkout

This is a very basic hotel, only offer room, breakfast and some grab and go snacks and drinks. I got a clean and comfortable room facing the carpark with have no nice view but I had a good quiet sleep.

We always tend to stay here when in Berlin as the location is perfect for the gay area. Hotel staff are very friendly & accommodating. Room was warm & comfy but some of the furnishings are looking a little outdated now. Cleaner didn’t automatically come every day which was disappointing - no doubt another ridiculous Covid19 rule. The fridges with minibar seem to have been removed from the room which is a little annoying - shall we blame covid19 for that too?! The hotel also expects you to wear face masks which is a bit unnecessary as you can walk round any bar, restaurant, or shopping centre now without the need for a mask. I don’t blame the staff In the hotel for this rule but the company needs to get a grip & realise that most travellers are fully vaccinated now. How else could we have got to Germany in the first place? Having said that, we would stay here again as overall the facilities & location are good.
