Firstly our server Thierryna was an absolute saviour to our evening. We had a lovely evening only made better with Adam serving fantastic drinks and Thierryna made service and experience at Novotel wonderful. When drinking in the clouds, make sure you don’t skip on customer experience, and Adam and Thierryna don’t miss a beat.

We had a ball, staff were amazing . Particularly Jacqui who was brilliant, Room was nice , hotel bustling with energy, and atmosphere. Roof top bar was a pleasant surprise.

My partner and I booked this hotel for a celebration, as we had stayed at this same location about four years ago and had an excellent experience. This made our recent visit even more disappointing. Upon our arrival, we were faced with several issues: TV Malfunction: The TV in our room would not function properly. Every time we tried to change the channel, it would freeze every few seconds, making it impossible to use. Noise Issues: The walls in our room were incredibly thin, and we were disturbed throughout the night by loud noise from neighboring rooms. This significantly impacted our comfort and ability to rest. Breakfast Experience: I had specifically booked breakfast with our stay, as the view from the dining area was one of our favorites in London. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was highly disorganised and overbooked. We arrived at 9:00am and had to wait on the stairs for 30 minutes due to the long queue. We returned at 10:15am, and the situation hadn’t improved. We were told to wait aside for a table, but after waiting until 10:35am, we had to leave as we had plans later in the day. Considering these issues, I am extremely disappointed with the experience, especially given that our previous visit was so positive. As a result, I would like to request either a refund or compensation in the form of a free stay to help restore my confidence in this hotel.
