Otel gayet temizdi. Personel kaliteli, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Ücretsiz çay ve kahve gibi küçük bir hizmet bile iyi hissettiriyordu. Bitki çayı seçeneklerinde Türk çayı olsa güzel olurdu :) Odalarda minibar, kettle ve terlik yok. Hizmet kısmından kettle talep edilebildiğini gördüm, ücretli mi bilmiyorum. Sıcak su ihtiyacımızı da lobide bulunan kahve makinesinden karşıladık yani o da çözülmüş oldu. Tuvalet ve duş buzlu camlı bir bölmeyle ayrılmıştı, tuvaletin havalandırması iyi değildi, bunun çözülmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Otel konum olarak ulaşım araçları, market ve restoranlara çok yakındı. Bazı turistik yerlere aktarmalı gitmeniz gerekiyor ancak bu kimsenin gözünü korkutmasın, ulaşım ağı çok gelişmiş. Çok hızlı ve sık seferler vardı. Otelin çevresinde de bir problem yaşamadım. Bizim için en güzel artısı ses yalıtımıydı, asla diğer odalardan bir ses duymadık. Camı açınca ve kapatınca ses farkı çok barizdi. Helal hassasiyetinizden dolayı kahvaltı almadık, kahvaltıda bulunan ürünler bizim için çok kısıtlıydı. Helal hassasiyeti olanlar için de ayrıca bir seçenek olsa güzel olurdu. Bavulları bırakabilecek ayrıca bir oda vardı, check outtan sonra bile orada bırakabildik. Genel olarak değerlendirirsem memnun kaldım, teşekkür ederim. Viyana'ya yine gelirsem yine kalabilirim

Konaklamadan memnun kaldik,otel temiz ve his dizayn edilmis.resepsiyonda sorun var ,otele 2 de geldik ,bavullari birakip 3 de giris yapacaktik ,gorevli 2 dakikaya odanin hazir olacagini bavullari odaya koyabilecegimizi soyledi 20 dakika bekledik ,hala hazir olmayinca yemek yiyip 3.20 de geldigimizde beklememizi soylediler,saati hatirlatip zorla odamiza girebildik.Resepsiyon gorevlisi yeni herhalde.onun disinda hersey guzeldi.

Otelden tramvay hatları çok yakın istediğiniz yere en fazla yarım saat 40 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Merkeze ulaşım tramvaylar ile çok kolay. Oda konforluydu. Kahvaltısı enfesti.

Geçen yıl tek başına kaldığım otelinizde bu yıl eşimle birlikte kaldık. Geçen yıl beni rahatsız etmeyen konular bu sene sıkıntı yarattı. Oda iki kişi için çok küçük. Tuvaletin tam bir kapısının olmaması bir kişi kullanırken diğer kişi açısından ses koku vs. sıkıntı yaratıyor. Konum ve kahvaltı iyiydi ancak kaldığımız oda ve konsept iki kişi için hiç uygun değildi. Bundan sonra yalnız geldiğimde tekrar kalabilirim anack eşimle gelirsem hayır.

Otel odalarında mini dolap yok bu büyük bir eksiklik , kesinlikle konulması lazım, birbaşka konu odada su ısıtıcısı ve çay konulabilir. Lobideki ücretsiz sunulan çay ve kahve için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Çok güzel bir hizmet.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Tek sıkıntı kahvaltı kalabalığı. Aceleniz yoksa 9 dan sonra yapın kesinlikle. 7.5-9 arası oturacak yer olmuyor. Lobide sürekli kahve olması çok iyi bir hizmet.
