great location close to main square and ambience in quiet area. great rooms snd service. special mentien to Zerrin at breakfast who was kind, professional and skilled

Fast, accurate service. Food was decent, particularly the pastries. I especially enjoyed the smoothie maker however I would have preferred if the fruit was fresher. Although, the waitress Zerrin was very nice and ensured that our order was well delivered.

We booked a room with this hotel on Expedia for 3 nights, including New Years Eve 2025, because of the proximity to our NYE event, on November 1st 2025. On December 19th 2025, 50 days later, they canceled the reservation and kicked us out, offering a room at the Novotel, in their words, an "upgrade" when the rooms look worse and the hotel is farther away and difficult to walk to. Their excuse was " due to overwhelming demand" they had to move us , when we actually booked this hotel 50 days before. This is completely unacceptable. We are unable to find a hotel of the same caliber and of similar price close to the event, and everyone knows it is impossible to get an uber for NYE. The most likely reason they are doing this is to capitalize on high rates for NYE closer to downtown Vienna. BEWARE. Expedia tried calling them, and they simply do not pick up the phone. What a clown show. Expedia found us an apart hotel which we are taking. Do not book in this place. They do not honor reservations at all and treated us with disrespect and almost ruined our evening. If it weren't for Expedia, we would be in trouble. We hope expedia removes this company from their site. I am attaching the email with the message they sent us as proof. They tried to offer us money, but it is not about the money, it is about a man taking care of his lady and making sure she is not walking in the cold with uncomfortable shoes after a NYE event for 30 min in possibly frozen sidewalks. They did not understand this, and we could make no progress with their customer service via email.

Cosy room, nice and central to churches, plazas, shopping, restaurants and Christmas markets and an enjoyable breakfast where we were well looked after by Magda!
