Fiyat, performansa göre çok fazla yüksekti.!! Christmas fırsat olarak görülmüş. Kızımla ilk defa geldiğimiz Viyana da marka güvenilirliği için , fotoğrafları referans gördüm ve yüksek fiyatı ödemeyi göze alıp otelinizi seçtim ama konaklama hostelden farksızdı. Otele sadece yatmak için gelebildik, Giriste resepsiyon ve hemen asansörden odaya geçis. 2 adet bekleme koltugu gelen, giden misafirler için, başka oturma yeri yok. Kahvalti salonu küçük ve sürekli kalabalık . Siparisiniz varsa oturabilirsiniz. Ayrıca disarida kahvalti daha hesapli ve çesit çok. 2 kisilik ücret ödenen odada 1 sandalye ve 1 valiz yeri var. 1 kisi otururken digeri mecburen yatmak zorunda. Oda tuvaleti çok küçük, ince kapıdan herşey duyuluyor,dus yapinca sular taşıyor her yer islaniyor. Disaridan gece çok ses geliyordu.Viyana’yı çok sevdim ama tekrar bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğim için üzgünüm .

Excellent located hotel, quiet corner 3 min of the heart of Vienna. Not too big, which is an advantage! Clean rooms, just enough to stay for a few days. Very clean! Daily, very friendly room service (traveling worldwide, it was a pleasant exception). Delicious breakfast with plenty of options for vegans and big eaters. There is an excellent small Restaurant on the side. Super service at the front desk. All were excellent, but Ms. Katerina was an angel helping us stretch in the room ahead of regular check-in time after our long night flight. We recommend this place. You can reach St Stephan’s Dom in 2-3 minutes, get the best winner Schnitzels in just 5 minutes' walking distance (ask the front Desk; they have Maps for everything), and spend all your money in all possible brand boutiques after walking just 10 minutes. All shops offer sofas for husbands. After spending time in “big brands hotels“ many times before, it looks that this smaller Mercure Wien Zenter will be our new location in Vienna with it sweet human touch.

The location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it convenient and not far from the airport. The reception staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn't choose the option with breakfast, as we opted to go out for our meals.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. As advertised. Central location, close to Stephansplatz. I didn't have breakfast because I wanted to eat out. I stayed 1 night. No complaints. I would happily stay again.

This is a great hotel. Incredibly well connected. VAL2 airport bus stops minutes from the door and there is also an underground station on the U4 line also minutes away. The shops and restaurants on the main shopping streets are in spitting distance. We walked everywhere. St Stephens Church is the nearest monument surrounded by a market for Xmas. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and I would recommend anyone to stay here. We visited numerous different markets. Saw a performance at The Spanish riding school which was magical. We wished we had bought a larger case as there are so many things to buy and luggage here is expensive !!
