The room was very nice and comfortable for 4 person (family). The location was very good and all transpotration means was very close (Underground, Tram etc). Breakfast was very good. The only negative was that there was not a fridge in the room.

my six night stay at hotel wien was generally good, though there were a couple of areas that could use improvement, Firstly, I found the reception tobe somewhat unresponsive, which was a bit disappointing. Additionnaly on the first night, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the pilow, but after requesting a change, the matter was promptly addressed , on a positive note, the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite enjoyable. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exptionel service provieded by a staff member named shawbaz ALI. His kindness and attentiveness made a significant diffrence in my experiance at this hotel. I appriciate him
