during my stay at dozens of accor group hotels, only this time I was refused to use a room voucher upgrade on the grounds that I was not a gold member. I was also not given a welcoming drink voucher (I had to ask the staff). Then the lift in this hotel is terrible, I have to wait 15 minutes every time I go up or down the floor. As an accor member, I do not recommend a staycation at this hotel, if you are a non member or want to stay near the airport, maybe this hotel can be an option.

Great location next to a mall, very helpful if you need food, and to pass time. Wonderful service especially the front line staffs (Tasya and the rest) Decent breakfast. Decent room size for the price.

I was on business trip alone, and i spend 3 days at the hotel, get a good sleep and bicycle trip to PIK 2. It was a pleasant stay. I will defenitely go back there for my business trip. Keep up the good job !

Laundry service was terrible

I put laundry on 10 March 2021 before 9 am, should be finished at the same day at 8 pm based on their service agreement but until 11 March 2021 8 am when I asked to the housekeeping they said the laundry will be finished at 10 am while I had to check out to catch the flight to Manado.

As a 4 stars hotel, It is beyond the standard. I have to say the breakfast is more than what I expected! The staffs there is friendly and really helpful. I will definitely put this hotel on my list. Overall, this hotel will not make you disappointed .

Maintenance of the facilities & Restaurant Service

I have been staying at this Hotel (Mercure Hotel PIK) for quite a while now, I have seen the poor maintenance of the room, specially the FLOOR CARPETS and the stains & cracks of the hand basin in the toilets. Also, a couple of times I was in the restaurant for breakfast I noticed there is only one person serving the BUFFET. We have to wait to be serve since we cannot take our own food. I suggest the Restaurant Manager should take a good look at this issues because it's becoming a regular scenario.

We stayed 4 days - privilege room is highly recommended! Good location with direct access to PIK Avenue shopping center, 15min to airport and all wishable facilities inhouse. Breakfast buffet us great, staff super friendly; nake you feel home from home. Excellent stay for business and jakarta stop over.

Perfect location ..just Next to PIK Avenue Mall...walking distance to PIK fresh market & 5 minute by car to PIK 2 food market, Pantjoran PIK where you can find local hawker.. 10 minute by car to PIK 2 beach Another Mercure Hotel with excellent service from all the staff, Nice breakfast menu.. The Privilege Room with beatiful view of PIK area from buildings, premuim houses , golf court & sea view on the otherside

Overall its so so, the room is privilege but the air con did work well it was so hot and the bathroom also the shower didnt work well. Too bad. Hope the staffs maintain their privilege room since its more expensive than the usual room

Extremely Customer Relations / Rude Staff at the PIK Mecure Jakarta

I’ve stayed at the Mecure many times previously and especially of late as I have had a lot of business meetings to attend in north Jakarta Usually everything is just satisfactory, however last night I had a Bad experience by being treated disrespectfully by one of the restaurant staff, I was denied any food and beverage after visiting the restaurant at 730 pm and told there was no more orders that could be placed for something simple like a burger or a beer ... when I saw other guests enjoying meals by the pool I asked if I would be able to order a room service and then bring it by the poolside to enjoy but the staff member named Widi gave me the arms crossed symbol and held the palm of his hand out towards me in a gesture that I found highly offensive .. this young man didn’t even have the common decency to use explain to me courteously what the options or protocols were ... instead he showed me the ( talk to the hand ) So I got angry with him, this behavior he showed me is really rude in our culture at home in Sydney Australia. I asked the manager to check me out of my room and told him I wanted to move to another hotel with accommodating staff with manners I left the hotel Mecure PIK and will never return again thanks to a restaurant employee named Widi that thought it was a good idea to be rude to me. I have taken Mecure of the list of preferred hotels for my company, I am certainly going to recommend all my friends, colleges and family do the same Hope there’s an opportunity for you to provide better hospitality training for your restaurant staff in future so you don’t continue losing valuable customers Thank you

Check in was assisted by Ms. Ade and Mr. Ramos who gave such a warm welcome to me. He was so friendly and helpful, that really put me in a pleasant impression and amazing ambience of the hotel throughout the stay. Once again thank you very much for delivering a wonderful welcome and assistance. Stayed a night in their Privilege room, and it was marvelous. The room was clean, spacious and I find it super cozy, with a nice City + Golf view which I love so much. Surely love relaxing and spending time in the room since it is very comfortable. I’m absolutely looking forward to spend another time here, can’t wait to schedule my next stay in Mercure PIK!

Stayed to celebrate my niece's 8th b'day & to get together as a family post-iso.Service & hospitality were excellent!Staff took good care of the new health procedure,masks wearing enforced & sanitizers all around the hotel.Felt safe&had an enjoyable stay overall.Bfast was good but staff can be added as a la carte portion took some time & quality inconsistent.

I'm really impressed with the service of this hotel. I booked my room through Accorhotels website and have some special requests. When I arrived not only the request have been meet, but also they added a very special touch into it. The staffs were very friendly, it made me feel like home. Special shout out to Miss Ninik. Didn’t have time to explore all that it has to offer, but would definitely come back.

One of the best hotel destinations if I have short trip to Jakarta. New building and nice interior design create a good vibes. Close access to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport making this as one of the best-value hotels for everyone who need a business accommodation. Of course, room standards are following to Accor Hotel standards. However, I have already stayed in most of Accor-managed properties in Jakarta. But, this is one of the properties that rarely give me a room upgrade despite of my Accor Platinum member status. Most of the time, they offer me a smoking room upgrades; which is unacceptable for me. Even in higher star Accor Hotels (e.g. Pullman, Sofitel) they would offer me double upgrade whenever one step higher class room unavailable. Plus, I'm staying in this properties not only once, which usually I will get a better attention in terms of services in other Accor properties. Overall, that would be an average for me.

I like the location which is very near to airport and the convenience as the hotel is located next door to PIK Avenue Mall. Easy to get public transport. Rooms are good, staff are friendly and professional. Room service from NSNTR restaurant is excellent. My only gripe is still with the bathroom, there's a bit of unpleasant drainage smell, however this time around it's much more tolerable than my previous stay, so i note that the staff are doing something about it. In all, I enjoyed my stay in Mercure PIK Avenue and look forward to my next stay here should I visit Jakarta again.

I was stayed in this hotel, few days ago. For an accor plus member, they upgraded me, and gave me the best category of their rooms. I love it so much! The suite room what they had, has very beautiful view to the city. You must try! Also the FO staff was very friendly. So, this hotel is recommended.

It’s not my 1sr time staying here. Location was great, adjacent to the mall, staffs were friendly. Check in was fast and efficient. Acknowledged as an accor member, But the same problems like last stay still remain. NO HOT WATER.
