Conveniently located, the top experience was how attentive all the staff was - front desk, bar, restaurant. Positive, friendly, always willing to help. I wish I could remember one particular front desk girls name - auburn, reddish hair, petite. Super helpful in every way.

All was good - lovely room - good restaurant- only negative was slow room service.

i have been staying at your hotel since 2016 more than once per year (except during COVID) and used to have a nespresso machine in the room but not this time. also, the hotel is getting a little bit tired and the rooms could use a little face lift.

I enjoyed my visit at Pullman Sao Paulo. Nice service at breakfast and at the bar, as well as good and comfort room. Would suggest to extend the bar service for an hour, until midnight on weekdays, since it closes at 11pm.
