Parklands Resort & Conference Centre 4 stars

We arrived and were quickly checked in. Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. Bathroom was especially nice. The grounds were beautiful and our view was really serene. We asked for a late check out on the Sunday and were given until midday free of charge. The ONLY downside was on the 2nd night a family stayed next door and were SO LOUD. Banging, yelling and kept banging the door that was interconnected. The kids woke us up at 5.30 am. We were there to have a couples weekend AWAY from our own children. So we were super disappointed we were woken up and disturbed, More thought should be put into this when bookings are made. Put the families together and couples together. It's not rocket science. We would definitely stay again if we were guaranteed no excessive noise. The lady Sheree on reception was very kind and helpful. Chloe was also helpful.

The resort was peaceful and the lawns around the lake were delightful for a morning stroll. However it was the staff that was outstanding. Everyone involved in making our stay such a success went above and beyond expectations. Well done.

Beautiful venue amazing restaurant and service at restaurant was top notch . Disappointed with the venue allowing loud noise till 6am in the morning. Tiles Infront of fridge weren't mopped and was dirty and in side freezer section of mini bar was moldy but the rest was clean.

We stayed in the disabled access Superior Room and it was very spacious providing great ease of manoeuvre for the electric wheelchair. The bathroom was very good, something we rarely find in disability rooms. The outlook is beautiful and only a few minutes to the township. Highly recommended

Outside our bedroom window was an exhaust flue that roared through out the night and early morning which made proper sleeping impossible . For the tariff we paid per night we did not get value for our money as we hardly slept for the 2 nights . On the plus side Mudgee was beautiful.
