For the price I paid, it didn’t live up to expectation and description on website. Constant calls to reception to get basic amenities like a roll of toilet paper and towels to use after a shower. As written on website there was no refreshments in mini bar (understand we would of had to purchase), receptionist said we will receive a service of our room to refresh towels, remove breakfast items (breakfast delivered daily however was late every occasion and had to phone to ask if we were receiving breakfast or not), this did not happen which is so disappointing, luxury isn’t a word I’d use, disappointment is an understatement. I’m not one to write a negative review however for the price I paid, it was not worth it in our option, dissatisfied and disappointed with Parklands Resort, reservation in a ‘luxury’ Tent. Thankfully the wineries and restaurants around the area made up for it and we had a fantastic time exploring Mudgee, wish we booked an Airbnb!

Excellent, the only reason sleep quality low in this case was I was on a sofa bed, the regular bed (if you don’t need the sofa bed) is very comfortable.

Good air conditioning. Spacious. Would benefit from a full length mirror. Friendly staff. Great location. Next time we might get a ground floor room to avoid stairs. We’ll be back.
