Dear Mr V., Thank you very much for your visit and for taking the time to review your stay at Novotel München City Arnulfpark. We are delighted with the high marks in almost all categories and the praise for the room, the air conditioning, the location and the public transport connections. I do acknowledge, however, that there is still “room for improvement” regarding front desk service. Please be assured that this particular issue will be addressed and discussed within our local team and that we will try our best to improve even more. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences and disappointments you had to deal with. Regarding the fees for our parking garage, I would like to let you know that they reflect the average cost for parking spots here in Munich, a city that can get costly at times.
