Regarding the fees for our parking garage, I would like to let you know that they reflect the average cost for parking spots here in Munich, a city that can get costly at times. We regret that your experience with our hotel and our service did not meet your expectations; please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. We were delighted to be able to address all your comments in a personal email and to offer you a solution. We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points regarding our air-conditioning system once again. Our hotel is equipped with air conditioning throughout the building. The system is a chilled-water air conditioning system, which is commonly used in Germany and across Europe. Unlike the direct-expansion air conditioning systems often found in North America and some other regions, these systems are not designed to cool rooms to temperatures such as 16–18°C, particularly during periods of exceptional outdoor heat. During your stay, Munich experienced unusually high temperatures. Even under these conditions, our system is designed to maintain room temperatures of approximately 22–25°C, providing a comfortable indoor climate while operating within its intended specifications. We completely understand that this may have differed from your expectations, especially if you are accustomed to hotels with more powerful cooling systems, and we sincerely regret the discomfort this caused you.
