Tres bon hôtel, bien situé. Petit déjeuner d’exception. L’éclairage dans la salle de bain n’était pas adéquat. Chambres propres , personnel avenant.

Excellente literie chez Sofitel, bon Spa et bon buffet breakfast. Prestations haut de gamme, on regrette cependant la disparition des crèmes et autres shampoings petits fomats que l'on pouvait emporter si d'aventure nous ne les avions pas utilisés !

Pas toujours le service d'un 5 étoiles Accueil parfois sympathique, parfois sec. Demande d' intervention en salle de bain non résolue sans message pour dire que ce n'est pas possible. Après le repas de Noël avons signalé que le vin n'était pas facturé, notre démarche semblait idiote, finalement avons été facturé, ce qui est normal, mais sur la base d'un reçu signé incomplet. Nous n'avons pas compris où était le concierge. Sinon séjour très agréable.

Bien situé et très beau !! mais chambre froide
