Établissement qui justifie incontestablement sa réputation par les prestations délivrées. Chambre splendide : décorée avec goût, salle de bains très bien équipée. Personnel chaleureux, professionnel, distingué. Les employés sont réellement aux petits soins concernant quelconque requête. L’espace spa juste génial car intime, calme et inclus dans la réservation ! Cependant les espaces de restaurations ( bistrot + petit-déjeuner) doivent sérieusement revoir les tarifs pratiqués : nous sommes sur de la gastronomie confirmée certes, mais qui n’est pas digne d’un établissement étoilé non plus. Par conséquent, les prix doivent suivre !!! 45€ le petit déjeuner buffet… sans d’espace pour des aliments sucrés vraiment établi … disons que je suis resté quelque peu consterné. Pareillement pour le bistrot qui prend 12€ par bouteille d’eau d1L… En définitive, une très belle expérience … qui laisse un peu sur sa fin par rapport à 2-3 tarifs abusifs.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Sofitel. Tout a été parfait depuis notre arrivée à notre départ. La chambre était très confortable et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec suffisamment de choix. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon. Le SPA est agréable. Une mention particulière doit être faite aux équipes de l'hôtel qui nous ont impressionné par leur professionnalisme, leur attention portée au client et leur amabilité. Le rapport qualité prix est justifié et très correct pour un établissement de cette gamme.

Très bon hôtel (confort, propreté, accueil), et très pratique quand on voyage en train car à 3 minutes à pied de la gare. Bien situé pour visiter Munich.

Accueil en or, établissement impeccable et nourriture excellente. Mention spéciale pour la réception et le chef du bar. Le spa en revanche pourtant très bien équipé, n’est absolument pas à la hauteur. 2 soins réservés au prix fort sous les cris et hurlements des enfants de la piscine, détente impossible, personnel stressé, très mauvaise expérience. Quel autre spa dans le monde autorise le chahut pendant les soins ? Pas de boissons chaudes proposées (ou payantes …) après le massage mais des fruits … plutôt curieux. Nous reviendrons à l’hôtel mais sans réserver de spa.
