Un accueil sans faute malgré les travaux à l'extérieur et intérieur de l'hôtel que l'on oublie vite (contrairement au personnel qui pourtant reste très pro) lorsque l'on rejoint la chambre offrant une magnifique vue sur la ville.

Hall de gare, personne , queue pour le petit déjeuner, impersonnel, équipe aux abonnés absents, literie catastrophique , chambre non nettoyée , désagréable, ....

J’ai eu la très agréable surprise d’un magnifique surclassement vers une Junior Suite Duplex, avec mon statut de fidélité Diamond avec un excellent accueil en chambre avec corbeille de fruits, macarons et champagne ! La junior suite est très agréable avec son très grand coin salon. J’ai également grandement apprécié le late check out.

j'ai apprécié ma chambre ; le petit déjeuner était très bien ; le restaurant le Délice a été aussi très bien . par contre, en réunion avec le groupe, pour prendre un verre, le salon du bar était beaucoup trop sombre. sinon, rien à redire en particulier.
