The food was delicious but the noise from nearby rooms came though the walls at night time.

We stayed here because we had a wedding at 2.30. asked for early check in which was provided. The only "complaint" we would have is that there was no cutlery apart from two teaspoons, the soap pump for one of the showers did not work and also the tiles in the bathroom were very slippery and dangerous when wet. We laid towels all over the floor to avoid any accidents. Overall a lovely spacious place to stay.

Short 2 night stay for a family wedding, hotel was conveniently located to the station and coach services in Wagga. The room was spotlessly clean, bathroom while very clean is probably due for a refresh. Breakfast and Dinner offerings were great quality and fairly priced. Overall a pleasant stay.

Queen mattress was too soft/ worn out. Some hand soap would be appreciated. Rooms were clean and its nice that we could open the windows for fresh air. Neat kitchen to prepare some simple meals.

Room wasn't too bad, shower isn't overly 6'4 friendly, but the beds were too soft and mattress needed turning as they were like sleeping in a hammock. The iron had some sort burnt/melted fabric on the plate but Kevin quickly rectified that problem with a replacement iron 👌

Thank you, D., for sharing your thoughts. I'm sorry to hear that the bed and shower didn’t fully meet your expectations. We’ll certainly look into the mattress situation to ensure future comfort. I’m glad Kevin could promptly assist with replacing the iron. We’re committed to enhancing our space and value your input. Sincerely, Mercure Wagga Wagga

Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent and friendly staff from front of house to restaurant and house keeping. But- a little tired looking in condition and could do with a smarten up.

It's feedback like yours that helps us improve and ensure our guests have the best experience possible. Sincerely, Mercure Wagga Wagga
